"The reception behavior is incredibly bad, they do not behave in a humane way, it is a pity, they did not help in any way, I went to the reception 5 times until they gave me my room, they said come back later etc. it is very bad, I definitely do not recommend it, the food is extremely sloppy and of poor quality, I did not even see anyone smiling, let alone laughing, from the staff, only the snack restaurant's kitchen is very successful, the main kitchen is a complete fiasco."

MMiladOne of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. Great job and wish the owners all the very best always. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 🙂🥂

I was welcomed by a very kind gentleman who made sure that I was satisfied with my room and arranged my transportation to locations I wanted to go too. The hotel is very clean with amazing views of the Yalikavak Town. Very close to ocean front restaurants and also the Marina. I can’t recommend this place enough. Not to mention the breakfast which was included, absolutely amazing. I’m so grateful to the stuff, they were amazing and I’m coming back soon!

The location is excellent, the facilities are very good and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I return to Bodrum I would book again.

MMilneThe accommodation is in just the third summer season, so remains in as-new condition. The location is in a quiet lane off the main Marina parade, so is easy to access. With plenty of restaurants and activity nearby, the location is great.
The pool is sparkling clean ( a little too cold for swimming in late April) and the rooms are nicely simple and functional. A decent bed and bedding.
Merve the hostess is outstanding, providing attentive and helpful service. She and their rooms are highly recommended, for a pleasant stay in Bodrum !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sade Pension Hotel in Bodrum, Turkey, in May 2024. Booked via Trip.com, this quirky boutique hotel truly offers a unique and delightful experience.
Situated just a three-minute walk from the oceanfront and bustling shopping streets, Sade Pension is perfectly located. Despite its proximity to food stalls, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, the hotel maintains a tranquil atmosphere within its own garden oasis. The serene environment makes it easy to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of Sade Pension is its friendly and outgoing staff. The owners and their team go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The boutique-style rooms are charmingly decorated with lots of colors, plants, and art, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. At night, the hotel comes alive with twinkling lights, and the garden terrace, where guests can enjoy free coffee and tea, adds to the magical atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a clean and well-presented spread. There are two hot dishes—scrambled eggs and a sausage dish—alongside plenty of cold cuts, cereals, jams, juices, and breads. One small suggestion would be to add yogurt to the selection, which would complement the already diverse offerings.
The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are kept clean. However, the bathrooms could benefit from a refit to match the charm and quality of the rest of the hotel.
Overall, my stay at Sade Pension was pleasant and enjoyable, and the price is fair for the experience provided. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy Bodrum's lively atmosphere while having a peaceful retreat to return to.

TTat_MIt was a perfect stay for 1 week: 1. Very tasty breakfast 2. Gorgeous view from terrace 3. Nice pool to spend time in 4. Very helpful owner, which helped us with everything: laundry, cheaper taxi, transfer... 5. Very comfortable room (superior room) - a lot of space
Only minuses will be: 1. A lot of stairs up and down each time you want to leave hotel 2. Strange cleaning service: first time it was proposed without preparing in the afternoon when we were sleeping. Next time they also asked about cleaning after we came to the room after the sea and wanted to rest. Last day they suddenly lost their keys to the room.... So the drain in the shower wasn't cleaned and was clogged, not so pleasant.
In all other aspects everything was good!
Would recommend and come again!

GGuest UserPhenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Perfect stay at Bodrum

MMariaVery cool location - close to the beach with a walking area, and to the bus station, from where you can go in any direction. The breakfast seemed to be varied, but I can't say that it was delicious. The room itself is for unpretentious tourists: very tired plumbing that needs to be replaced, rather dark lighting, sometimes cigarettes came from the ventilation, although the room itself did not stink initially. With all this, the hotel has everything you need: toiletries, hot water, a comfortable mattress and pillows (for me this was important), tea / coffee and a kettle, water in the refrigerator, air conditioning. The hotel grounds are a separate conversation, the eyes and soul were happy to be in such a place. Vast green territory, many plants, a large clean pool. In general, the price / quality correspond to each other, for a few nights it is excellent!

AAnastasiiaThe hotel location is excellent. Literally a minute and you are on the beach. The hotel itself is very cozy, clean. It was quiet at night. The mattress is hard, but for me this is what you need. If you choose for the future, then this is definitely the ideal option. The only thing is that the water in the shower was a bit cold for me.
Great hotel, great staff, great experience! The beach is close (1 min😀). The breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view!
