The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly memorable five-star experience.

The beds were super comfy, the lighting was warm, and the housekeeping team made sure everything stayed fresh and tidy. The staff deserves a special mention. Friendly, polite, and always ready to help, they made the stay even smoother. You can feel the professionalism from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. The hotel’s breakfast area was bright and inviting, offering a nice variety of fresh food to start the day right. I enjoyed my stay and would book it again. My flight arrived in BKK 1:50am so I wanted a place nearby to rest. BestBed was perfect because it was a super quick Grab trip (140baht) and the reception is open 24 hours. I got a single room and was able to get a good night of sleep. The bed is firm and comfortable. The room is small and there's no windows but that didn't matter. Oh, the AC was shared with the room next door hehe. That was something new. But also okay. There's a rooftop with direct view to the airport, a common area with ac, a big 7-Eleven right next to the hostel. Everything is clean and they are very welcoming. Great option if you need to stay by the airport!

The hotel is about 20km from Suvarnabhumi Airport. You can find a car to the airport via an app, but you might have to wait a while as taxis don't pass by frequently. The room was noisy from people talking in the hallway and traffic from the street throughout the day. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom was a bit scary at night. In the morning, light streams into the bedroom through the window, which might make it hard for light sleepers to rest. On the plus side, a late check-out until 2 PM was available.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which made it a great choice for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there was a noticeable layer of dust on top of the refrigerator, which made the room feel less clean than expected. Overall, the location, staff, and air conditioning were excellent, but I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and bathroom maintenance.

We're from out of town, and my partner was really set on visiting Le Meridien. We've watched it through livestreams, so we took the opportunity to come. When we arrived, it felt a bit far, quite a distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport, which made us a bit tired. But once we got to the hotel, we were absolutely amazed! It's huge, with so many people. There are cafes and plenty of restaurants. In the evening, we walked across the bridge to the theater side and were blown away – it's massive! There were so many people, and the music was fantastic. The first solo singer in the early evening was incredible, she really held the crowd. We went on a Saturday, and at 10 PM, Khun Nat came on to sing – truly captivating, fun, and very entertaining, a real professional! Another thing that impressed us was the delicious food. The German pork knuckle was the best, and all the dipping sauces were tasty. I noticed every table ordered it. I loved it, very impressed! If we get the chance, we'd love to go again.

Clean hotel in good enough for overnight stay between airport and anything else you’re doing, but you have to contend with slightly older room with a shared hot water on the second floor as well. The room does how ever have a TV and mini fridge if that’s something you need. Happy with my one night stay here. There isn’t any fresh food here but they do sell if you see from my pictures the little dry menu that you may want to have in case you don’t make it to the 7-Eleven thats a block down.

The only advantages of this hotel are green quiet territory, friendly staff and location which is close to the airport and good shopping area. But if you like comfort and decent service this is a wrong place. The rooms are very old with bad smell, the amenities are run-down, towels and bedsheets are not clean. Sunbeds near the pool are wet and without umbrellas. Paragon Inn has a good potential but it needs a lot of renovation and different approach to managing. We wouldn't be back again and it is disappointing as it was our second stay there, nothing has improved and got worse.

Not bad option for solo traveller that trying to find accomodation near airport, they also provide free breakfast

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.
