I stayed for 4 days. The hotel's overall environment was excellent with fantastic views, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel's overall performance was very good. It's conveniently located with a great position and nice room views. The breakfast was quite rich, and the staff were friendly and polite. The check-in process was smooth, and the stay was very satisfying. I would consider returning.

They offer a free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. At just over NT$1,000 per night, it's really worth it for an overnight layover. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite, providing excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy and blew directly onto the bed with no way to adjust the fan speed. Since we had an early 6 AM departure for the airport the next day and couldn't make it for breakfast, they proactively offered a simple takeaway breakfast box with bread and juice. That was really nice.

They offer a free airport shuttle, which is super convenient. If you're here to play golf, this hotel is a great fit. But if you're just looking for a place to stay, the Hilton next door might be a better option. Oh, and they also have bicycles you can borrow. The spa treatments are quite good too.

Location is walkable to the airport. Else there is shuttle bus between the airport and hotel. Room is spacious albeit dated. Great for those who need a short layover near the airport.

The environment is okay. The service attitude is excellent; they quickly assist guests with their needs and provide help. The room cleanliness is good, but the bathroom cleanliness is average. The only drawback is its remote location, which isn't very convenient.

Great stay for a short stopover near the airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient. We only stayed one night, arriving around 5pm, and used the shuttle bus from the airport both ways which was easy to arrange (300 baht for three of us each way). It was actually nice to return here after first staying during the COVID “test & go” period – completely different experience now and much more relaxed. The hotel has a restaurant and pool, which was ideal as we could keep everything on site without needing to go out. Perfect if you just want a simple overnight stay before heading back to the airport. The location is set back from the main road, so if you want to go elsewhere you’ll need a Grab or Bolt taxi, but for a short stay this wasn’t an issue. Overall, a good, clean and convenient option for a quick stopover. Would stay again.

There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient.

Honestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. Overall it matches the low price point, location is the best convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi airport… however expect disturbances at nights with constant movement of guests. Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room).
