I stayed for 4 days. The hotel's overall environment was excellent with fantastic views, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel's overall performance was very good. It's conveniently located with a great position and nice room views. The breakfast was quite rich, and the staff were friendly and polite. The check-in process was smooth, and the stay was very satisfying. I would consider returning.

Great stay for a short stopover near the airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient. We only stayed one night, arriving around 5pm, and used the shuttle bus from the airport both ways which was easy to arrange (300 baht for three of us each way). It was actually nice to return here after first staying during the COVID “test & go” period – completely different experience now and much more relaxed. The hotel has a restaurant and pool, which was ideal as we could keep everything on site without needing to go out. Perfect if you just want a simple overnight stay before heading back to the airport. The location is set back from the main road, so if you want to go elsewhere you’ll need a Grab or Bolt taxi, but for a short stay this wasn’t an issue. Overall, a good, clean and convenient option for a quick stopover. Would stay again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly memorable five-star experience.

I chose Siam Mandarina because of its convenient location near the airport and the airport shuttle service. The staff were polite and the check-in process was smooth. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by finding a cockroach in my room, which was very disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when choosing accommodation, and this made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. I hope the hotel takes pest control and housekeeping more seriously to prevent this from happening to future guests. While the service was good, I cannot confidently recommend the hotel until the cleanliness issue is properly addressed.

The room was nice, and the air conditioning worked great. **Facilities**: It had a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a TV. **Cleanliness**: It was pretty good, quite clean. **Environment**: The environment was good, and the air conditioning was really strong. **Service**: The staff attitude was very good, there's a 1000 deposit. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient.

A simple yet effective place to overnight for transit in Suvarnabhumi airport. If you have some time in the morning, do walk by the lake, you would be surprised by the views and what you will get to see in the lake!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which made it a great choice for an overnight stay. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there was a noticeable layer of dust on top of the refrigerator, which made the room feel less clean than expected. Overall, the location, staff, and air conditioning were excellent, but I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and bathroom maintenance.

The hotel is about 20km from Suvarnabhumi Airport. You can find a car to the airport via an app, but you might have to wait a while as taxis don't pass by frequently. The room was noisy from people talking in the hallway and traffic from the street throughout the day. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom was a bit scary at night. In the morning, light streams into the bedroom through the window, which might make it hard for light sleepers to rest. On the plus side, a late check-out until 2 PM was available.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I really loved the vintage-style decor in the rooms. All the staff provided excellent service. We booked three rooms, and we were very happy with all of them. In the evening, we went to dinner specifically to see Khun Nat, which was a lot of fun. The food and drinks were a bit pricey, but acceptable given the entertainment we received. It was well worth it.

Overall it matches the low price point, location is the best convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi airport… however expect disturbances at nights with constant movement of guests. Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room).
