The property itself was great—very clean, tidy, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. The front desk staff is polite and friendly. However, a word of warning to other travelers regarding the location: while it appears to be very close to the airport, the map distances are misleading. Trip.com shows it as 8.1 km away, but that is strictly a straight-line distance. When you actually route the drive on Google Maps, it is a 20 km journey. It's a perfectly good place to rest, but make sure you factor in the actual driving time and taxi fare if you are booking it purely for airport convenience."

"This marks my third stay at this hotel, and I continue to return because of the convenient airport shuttle and the consistently improving front desk service. However, I was disappointed to find mold on the showerhead this time. While the staff replaced it immediately upon request, the discovery was quite unsettling for a tired traveler. Regarding dining, the breakfast was acceptable, though the lack of variety might become an issue for guests on longer stays. Despite this experience, I still recommend the hotel.”"

"A very good option for those with early morning flights from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport... I chose this specific hotel based on its proximity to the Airport as I wanted to be there by 9am and the hotel offers a complimentary transit bus both from and to the airport. Additionally Breakfast is open from 4am onwards and is a great buffet based on both International and Asian food. 2 for 1 Cocktails were available from the basement bar from 5pm till 7pm and these were reasonably priced from an English perspective. The main restaurant has an extensive menu of Western and Thai dishes. Reception staff were excellent..."

"After exiting Gate 4 at the airport, you can find hotel staff to ask about their free shuttle service. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport. The rooms are spacious, with double-paned windows making them very quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there's 24-hour room service available. There's also a convenience store just a right turn from the hotel."

I found all the information about this place on know.travel, which recommended booking here, and it turned out to be a great decision. Amenities: The room was clean and comfortable. While I spent some time at the hotel's gym, my wife enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Leisure: The interesting Food Village complex is located nearby. A taxi ride there is quite cheap, and it’s a nice place for a stroll. Service: A pleasant bonus—the hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which was incredibly convenient before our flight. Verdict: We will definitely stay here again next time."

"The hotel is well-located if you need to catch an early flight or arrive late at night, as it's about 20 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The best part of the hotel is the pool, though the area could use better maintenance. There are several broken or very deteriorated tables and sun loungers, which gives the impression of a lack of care. Overall, it feels like a transit hotel that's missing a bit more attention to detail. The pool staff were very friendly, the food offers good value for money, and the massages are highly recommended. On the downside, we were charged 100 THB for a broken glass in the bathroom. We reported it immediately and explained it was an accident caused by an elderly woman; the glasses were placed very close together, and when one was picked up, the other fell to the floor. Obviously, 100 THB isn't a financial issue, but these kinds of gestures make a difference in an establishment that aims to offer a certain level of service, especially when we spent a considerable amount within the hotel during our stay."
