GGuest UserBoutique hotel strategically located near downtown area - 10 minute walk to the capitol and malls. Room is small given the layout of the bed and the bathroom but still okay. They serve Filipino breakfast. Tried the fried dried squid and it was so good. Though a bit of a downer they don’t serve tablea chocolate which would have been a perfect pair. Overall stay was good. Staff were courteous and accommodating.

GGuest UserFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

GGuest UserOur experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well

GGuest UserEverything about my 1st solo travel was perfect because of my stay here. Def a safe place for solo travellers! Room is clean and comfy to stay. Updated TV with all apps. With complementary coffee & water everyday. All staffs are very accommodating & hospitable. The service & cafe food are 100% recommendable. You can even borrow utensils from room service! I would highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bacolod! (The only thing that I observed is there’s some leakage from the side ceiling when the heavy rain poured, just need some fixing) But all in all, everything was great!

GGuest UserOur stay was nice. The service is good. The locations is good because its near a road leading to The Ruins where we visited. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has four ulam choices and coffee.

JJoseph Carlito JrEverything was good but it was a bit noisy because my room was on the top corner in front on the hotel. Some very time there's a vehicle passing by especially a tricycle, I can hear the noise of the engine. I would highly recommend to book a room on the backside of the hotel.

I dont know if their hot water is working or not. But other the that, everything was okay.
