Amazing
GGuest UserFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!
AAnonymous UserClean rooms, friendly staff, and a great kids’ playroom. The breakfast buffet is my favorite part ❤️ kudos to their chef! Despite all the amenities, the price is very reasonable. Excellent service, quality experience, and I love their gym too! 2nd time and wanna come back again ❤️
GGuest UserOur experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well
Done!
AAtty Mich HortonWe stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay.
Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good.
Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.
GGuest UserThe hotel is still improving its facilities and is under renovation when I checked in. There is no hot and cold shower, no provision for shampoo and conditioner, but fragrant liquid bath soap are available in the bathroom The bottled water in the room is for sale but water dispensers are provided in each floor for guests’ drinking consumption. Other supplies such as slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste are provided only upon request.
On the other hand, all hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast is satisfying with options to choose from- Filipino and/or American breakfast are available. The swimming pool is so inviting but due to rainy, cold weather situation during my stay, I was not able to feel the pools’ water. 😁
GGuest UserGreat rooms with plenty of space. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Very friendly staff. This is our second stay and we will stay there again.
AAnonymous UserClean, near malls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds but the water has a bit of a rust smell. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”
SSeaDaddySixWe always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC.
GGuest UserEverything was good but it was a bit noisy because my room was on the top corner in front on the hotel. Some very time there's a vehicle passing by especially a tricycle, I can hear the noise of the engine. I would highly recommend to book a room on the backside of the hotel.
SSERNA MAINZAIt’s my second time to stay here at Avenue one thing for sure sobrang bait at approachable nang mga staff!
