great check in experience. Hotel is gorgeous. bar closes at 00.00, but there are drinks/snacks available for purchase. Rooms are spacious are super comfortable. Has all the needed amenities. Very very close to the airport on foot: less than 10 minutes.

The location is excellent, just 240 meters from the Avis downtown car rental, making it ideal for anyone planning to pick up a rental car. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the heated bathroom is a fantastic feature! Check-in is self-service with no staff at the front desk. However, I encountered a small issue upon arrival, and I'm incredibly grateful to a tall male hotel staff member for his enthusiastic assistance. The service was truly five-star, and I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Bergen.

The old hotel has a sense of age, full of quiet atmosphere, many details and historic art paintings. Just next to the station, the traffic is super convenient. The breakfast is full and complete, and you can see the scenery and pedestrians outside the window.

There were lipstick marks on the cups in the bathroom. The heating in the room was broken, so it was ice cold. The air conditioning was only blowing cold air. It was minus ten degrees Celsius outside, so it was freezing inside. There was no way to fix it right away. Later, the front desk brought a heater, which warmed things up, but it was incredibly noisy. I just put up with it for the night. It's so unfair that such expensive accommodation is in such a cold place.

Nice! They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it! Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I think most rooms can see the pier view. The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me. Food: free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more. Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;) Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use). very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station. By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

Fantastic hotel, felt completely spoilt whilst staying there. The breakfast buffet on another level and the room was modern, calming and relaxing. The hotel spa was also a welcomed break, before exploring more of the beautiful Bergen. Thank you!

The room was decent, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. At several hotels on this trip, the mattresses were soft, but here, even the bed frame seemed soft, creaking when I turned over, which made for a restless night. Breakfast was quite varied, but the taste was average. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the train station. If you're driving, you can register at the hotel machine for an 8.5% discount on parking at the train station's lot. The parking lot also has charging stations, but be aware that charging isn't based on the amount of electricity consumed; instead, you're charged based on how long your car stays in the charging area.

For a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.

They clearly don't have enough hair dryers in stock, and there's no strict return policy. I had to wait twenty minutes to get one, and even then, I had to pay a deposit for it. When they refunded the deposit, they did it in NOK, which ended up costing me money.

There was also a fire alarm, everyone went downstairs, but no hotel staff explained the reason, and there was no staff Service: There is no front desk, you need to check in by yourself or go to the front desk of the chain hotel 200 meters away, which is inconvenient. Checking in at midnight may be troublesome
