"I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic. What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century."

"We had a lovely stay at Scandic Torget! The location is so convenient as you are within walking distance for many tourist/sightseeing spots. Tour busses usually do pick up on the same street as Scandic Torget so that is super convenient too! Only thing is that on the weekends it can get a little bit noisy from midnight to 4AM. But overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend staying at Scandic Torget!"

"The room was quite spacious, ideal for family trips. The design showed some thoughtful touches, and it appeared to have been recently renovated, with the sofa bed already made up. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 20 meters from the fish market and the pier, which is incredibly convenient. However, the bathroom design proved to be very impractical in use. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would flood, leaving my slippers floating, and the sink also drained very poorly."

Breakfast spread is good too Now, personally they kept some dinner aside for us as we were arriving late - Special thanks to that We were checking out early - they packed breakfast for us which was nice of them. Those fresh croissants and lemon muffins were too good They have an in house sauna which is a great place to relax after a tiring day. Special mention to ‘Mia’ at the front desk for taking good care of us and making the stay from pleasant to overwhelming"

Staying on a higher floor was quite quiet. The room was relatively clean, though a bit small – just enough space to open a 20-inch suitcase. Also, note that the room door doesn't lock immediately when closed; you have to wait a moment."

"The hotel was unexpectedly beautiful, with a stylish design and great natural light. The room we booked was a bit small, and the facilities were new. The chair in the room was uncomfortable and slipped down when you sat on it, and the sink drain was clogged. As with most hotels, there was only body wash but no conditioner, slippers, or toothbrush sets. The room didn't have a kettle, but you could ask the front desk for one. The breakfast was very rich and exceeded our expectations. Parking was cheaper than in most areas."

"Cute little hotel in close proximity to the fisherman’s market and about 8 minute walk to Bryggen. Was easy to get to with the airport bus (about 3 minutes from the stop) I was a bit worried about the lack of air conditioning as the weather was quite hot while staying, but it wasn’t a problem. I kept the dial continuously at -5, not sure if that really did anything. Friendly and helpful people working behind the desk at check in and out. Breakfast was a wide assortment of local and western foods. Liked the assortment. There didn’t really seem to be a worker whose job it was to clear tables as that process was slow. But there was space upstairs to eat. Room was very clean with big windows, but can’t see out them as they are stained. Bed was a bit soft for my liking, like really soft and the shower leaked out onto the floor, but I think it’s reasonable considering the other positives and the price point of the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again if ever in Bergen."
