The room is clean and comfortable but relatively small, which may not be ideal for families with children or guests needing more space. Breakfast is served buffet-style and is noticeably better than that at Pullman Hotel, offering a more satisfying start to the day. Parking can be inconvenient. The lift parking system does not accommodate higher vehicles such as 4WDs, so outdoor parking is required, which is very limited. Each entry and exit requires security assistance to open the rail gate, and the waiting time for the car lift can be long — especially inconvenient if you frequently go in and out with a car. Overall, a good option for short stays, solo travelers, or couples who value location and modern design, but less suitable for guests with larger vehicles.

Comfortable and clean stay at Bay Resort Condominium! 🏡 The living room was spacious with plenty of natural light and cozy seating. Bedroom was neat with comfy beds and a quiet vibe. Great for a short getaway — peaceful, well-maintained, and family-friendly. 🌿✨

Nice. Stay here twice. The view is beautiful during at night Delicious seafood restaurant. Just next doo. No need to go any further for food But limited parking nearby. Depends on luck

Arrived around mid-night, the room was ready. Easy to check in without hassled. Lift need access card to go up or down, even to lobby. The carpet along the corridor were cleaned but torn. The room with queen bed type, clean with nice scent. Not able to watch TV due to Internet connection. Breakfast was decent with limited local choices of cuisine. Parking lots at basement are available to hotel guest but closed during midnight. Overall experience, good stay with rate being paid.
