This apartment hotel was clean and comfortable, with strong water pressure and a fast water heater. The bed linens and pillows were fresh, and check-in was quick and easy. I noticed some nice new renovations, and appreciated the provided guest parking. The lift was a bit slow, but it wasn't an issue as it wasn't busy during my stay.

The room was generally clean and with the amenities you will have to call in to the housekeeping for request. The view from the hotel is so nice that it made me excited to wake up in the morning. Good for families with children as there is enough rooms to go around in the 3 bedroom apartment. Can have more of the cleanliness with some of the items looking old require a change.

It was a good check-in experience last night being upgraded to Executive which we greatly appreciated it for a while till we stayed in…. which became a great disappointment…. 1) bedsheet and pillow smelled as if not washed and pillows were old!! 2) run down shower utilities with no repair on shelving and especially the shower head could not fit in the holder for a proper shower and obvious uncleanliness in the shower cubicle with glass door could not shut properly…. 3) broken door lock

First of all, it's cheap for a family of 3 to stay there. Convenient location . But first impression we checked into the room is the smell from the toilet. It's very unpleasant. Secondly, there's still hair on the floor. So cleanliness is just average. Surprisingly, the bed and pillow is comfortable. We had good rest. The Aircond is cold too. Hot shower is okay. Need to know how to adjust. It gets too hot, then user has to keep adjusting it in one session. Well it's personal preference I guess. It's too hot for me. Maybe not for others. Just nice for a single or two travellers. Clean room and with enough facilities. Walking distance for food and malls and city center. Comfortable stay, will came again.

Excellent plac,e really enjoyed staying there, very good facility in terms of its site, so close to the beach as if it had private beach, 24 hour store next door, very well protected, staff were excellent ,and very good swimming pool and a very nice gym no problems whatsoever except i would have used a couple of more towels but maybe I didn't ask so I take some responsibility for it, but really would love to stay here again

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

We had a pleasant stay and were here for the second time. The room was so spacious. The pool was nice, and you can have great scenery from the pool. Your kids will love the pool too. The mattress was a bit hard, woke up with a backache a little bit. The cafe was nearby too, can walk in the distance. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
