AAnonymous UserThis stay was quite different from my previous experience. I remember that when I requested extra blankets before, they were delivered promptly. However, this time I was told that no extra blankets could be provided, which was quite disappointing as I’m used to having one for myself.
I’m also quite conscious about my weight, and during my last stay, the room included a weighing scale. Unfortunately, this was not provided this time, which felt rather inconvenient.
Additionally, I noticed that the hotel opposite, Ano Hotel, seemed quite busy with many cars parked and guests waiting to check in. I will most likely consider giving it a try on my next visit.

AAnonymous UserThe cleanliness of the hotel surprised me, every part of the room is clean & comfy. Swimming pool & jacuzzi water were cold, it would be awesome if the jacuzzi water is hot. And in case you need extra pillow, they will make you pay for “renting” it.

AAnonymous UserClean hotel and a food court within saving guests time to go looking for restraunts. Location depends on where you want to be. I chose it because I wanted to be near Curtin university. However, its good hotel to stay in Miri regardless of purpose for your visit. I had a peaceful stay.

YykhzThe room was generally clean and with the amenities you will have to call in to the housekeeping for request. The view from the hotel is so nice that it made me excited to wake up in the morning. Good for families with children as there is enough rooms to go around in the 3 bedroom apartment. Can have more of the cleanliness with some of the items looking old require a change.

PPerineIt was a good check-in experience last night being upgraded to Executive which we greatly appreciated it for a while till we stayed in…. which became a great disappointment….
1) bedsheet and pillow smelled as if not washed and pillows were old!!
2) run down shower utilities with no repair on shelving and especially the shower head could not fit in the holder for a proper shower and obvious uncleanliness in the shower cubicle with glass door could not shut properly….

TTravel•Eat•RelaxWe had a pleasant stay and were here for the second time. The room was so spacious. The pool was nice, and you can have great scenery from the pool. Your kids will love the pool too. The mattress was a bit hard, woke up with a backache a little bit. The cafe was nearby too, can walk in the distance. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

GGuest UserIt was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system.
