This stay was quite different from my previous experience. I remember that when I requested extra blankets before, they were delivered promptly. However, this time I was told that no extra blankets could be provided, which was quite disappointing as I’m used to having one for myself. I’m also quite conscious about my weight, and during my last stay, the room included a weighing scale. Unfortunately, this was not provided this time, which felt rather inconvenient. Additionally, I noticed that the hotel opposite, Ano Hotel, seemed quite busy with many cars parked and guests waiting to check in. I will most likely consider giving it a try on my next visit.

Clean hotel and a food court within saving guests time to go looking for restraunts. Location depends on where you want to be. I chose it because I wanted to be near Curtin university. However, its good hotel to stay in Miri regardless of purpose for your visit. I had a peaceful stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel surprised me, every part of the room is clean & comfy. Swimming pool & jacuzzi water were cold, it would be awesome if the jacuzzi water is hot. And in case you need extra pillow, they will make you pay for “renting” it.

I love this hotel very much. The bed is comfy and the room is spacious. The location is right next to the mall. You can enjoy shopping and relax here. Will book again in near future.

It was a good check-in experience last night being upgraded to Executive which we greatly appreciated it for a while till we stayed in…. which became a great disappointment…. 1) bedsheet and pillow smelled as if not washed and pillows were old!! 2) run down shower utilities with no repair on shelving and especially the shower head could not fit in the holder for a proper shower and obvious uncleanliness in the shower cubicle with glass door could not shut properly…. 3) broken door lock

Asked for early check in at 11am. The staffs are nice, except for the lacking in terms of towels, soap and shampoo, the location is very strategic. Walkable distance to Miri Times Square and Waterfront.

Stayed at Chemara Boutique Hotel for a work trip and it was a great experience. The room was clean and cozy, staff were welcoming, and the location is convenient. A solid choice for business travelers who want comfort and value.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, as everything was kept spotless throughout my visit. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. The facilities, including the dining area and common spaces, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service – the team truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely come back again!

It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system.
