This is by far the best hotel I ever stayed in Miri. The room is spotless clean, staffs always greet n smile, room is spacious and best of all is the location, this hotel snack in the centre of Miri. You basically can walk to all nice foods / restaurants and also 5 mins away from Miri Waterfornt. Highly recommended!!!!

I and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room that we stayed was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Clean hotel and a food court within saving guests time to go looking for restraunts. Location depends on where you want to be. I chose it because I wanted to be near Curtin university. However, its good hotel to stay in Miri regardless of purpose for your visit. I had a peaceful stay.

Facilities are good. Services is also good. Front desk staff during my check in ( sorry didn’t get her name) are so warm and welcoming and she remember’s me from 7/8 years ago when I frequently traveled to Miri and always stays at the hotel. Overall my stays at the hotel are satisfying.

I had a nice stay here with my family. Booked family suite which is spacious and quiet with amazing view of Miri city. Breakfast was nice and tasted good. To highlight, the staffs were super helpful and kind to assist with our needs. The location is also strategic and convenient with good amenities. Otherwise, cleanliness could be improved as there are stains on the mattress, carpet and couch.

Asked for early check in at 11am. The staffs are nice, except for the lacking in terms of towels, soap and shampoo, the location is very strategic. Walkable distance to Miri Times Square and Waterfront.

It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system.
