MMeiwendexiaohuangdouThe room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

GGuest UserMy room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was also very well equipped with a TV, mini refrigerator and coffee machine, which made me feel very convenient. The bathroom was also very clean and provided all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Overall, the facilities in the room were very good, making me feel very comfortable and satisfied.
The service at the hotel was also excellent. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful, they were always willing to answer my questions and provide useful advice. Also, the breakfast provided by the hotel was very delicious, varied and had different choices every day. The service at the restaurant is also very good, and the staff is always very thoughtful and welcoming.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located away from the center, but literally 10 minutes walk and you are in Marina. 5 minutes and you are in the shopping center. Right opposite the hotel there is a minimarket where you can buy water, snacks and wine (open until 00:00)
The hotel has clean, cozy, but small rooms. 2 sets of pillows and a fairly comfortable mattress are offered. Breakfast is delicious

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

The room is quite large and clean, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city. The service is also very good. There is a supermarket at the intersection, which is also very convenient. The breakfast variety is also good

AAndrei SadakovThe location is great - walking distance to Slovenska and Mogren beaches, old city and shops. A nice balcony to take breakfast on. Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!

AAlexander M.Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building.
On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).

Room service food was pretty good and not extortionate price.
It is about a 25 minute walk to the old town so not the closest, but there are also buses etc.
The pool is nice.

SSereen Teoh Good location, just in front of sea front with nice view. Very lively and happening with plenty of eating place and nightlife around. Close to a mall. Basic room but stay with comfort. Con side is got to climb staircase to 1st floor with luggage. No lift. Parking was expensive with EUR40 per day, open carpark next to Merit 5 star hotel. Quite a bit of walk to the hotel.
