Hotels with balcony in Budva

I highly recommend this hotel! 1) Great location: close to the coast and Old Town, 8 minutes from the bus station, and 2 minutes from a large supermarket. 2) The husband and wife owners are incredibly hospitable and speak Russian. 3) Absolutely delicious breakfasts! The food is clearly made with love. 4) Excellent guest care: there's construction near the hotel, but they specifically placed us in a room where it couldn't be seen or heard. 5) Very clean. Overall, if I'm ever in Budva again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the ancient city and the parking lot are within 100 meters, and the park is surrounded by excellent walks. It takes only five minutes to walk to Moghlan Beach. The sea is very clear, you can see the fish, and the temperature of 20 degrees does not feel cold. The room was large and clean and well equipped. The breakfast quality is excellent, p7p8, can't finish it at all. The fifth floor overlooks the old town and sea view p4p5. Overall Haojue is very good.

In the tourist city of Budva, the hotel's consumption level is still quite high, and friends with limited budgets can choose this one. The proprietress is very kind and talkative, but the fly in the ointment is that they don't speak English, but it doesn't affect their hospitality. The room is large, well equipped, and kitchen utensils. Budva is very hot, but the air conditioning is very powerful. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the city center and about 10 minutes from the bus stop. There are various small restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops along the way, full of life and very convenient. This hotel is a great choice for friends who are on a limited budget but want to experience local life better. By the way, I highly recommend a fish house at the street corner of the hotel. Their grilled fish is very fresh, cost-effective and delicious. Many locals have packed it home!

Excellent hotel. I was a bit hesitant about choosing this hotel when booking, since there were no reviews at the time. But I took a chance, and it was a winner. It's nice that the hotel is new; it only opened in March, apparently, and isn't fully finished. There's no gym or sauna. Otherwise, I have no major complaints. It may not be located in the city center, but it's about a ten-minute walk to the center, and 18 minutes to the Old Town. The breakfast is decent; I'd like more fruit and vegetables, but that's just me. The staff is very helpful. It's nice that, while not very large, there's a private pool on the roof. There are a few minor niggles after the renovation, but that's just it. Overall, I recommend it.

Great location, lots of amenities, such as parking, a pool, and a sauna. A huge selection of different foods for breakfast. There was also a beautiful sea view from the room. On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

I liked the hotel very much, they organized a meeting at the airport at my request. The room is very clean, cleaning every day. The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Wonderful hotel! Everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions. The room has a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, and TV. No problems with hot water (just follow the instructions and don't turn off the boiler!). We had a wonderful mountain view from our balcony (room 5, 1st floor). Our room was slightly 'outdated,' but generally clean and tidy – we understood that not all rooms have been renovated yet, as the restaurant and reception area are super well-renovated and designed (our friends also had fully renovated rooms on the -1st floor, which were really beautiful!). If you need a beach towel, they'll give you one at reception. The breakfasts are very tasty and quite varied! The location is also excellent: about a 10-minute walk to the promenade and Old Town, a leisurely 20-minute walk to Mogren 2 beach, and about a 40-minute walk to Becici. There's a bakery, shops, banks, and bus stops near the hotel. All in all, highly recommended!!!

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

Check in was easy as there was someone there waiting for me and she even helped me get my bag up the stairs. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was easy to communicate with them over WhatsApp and they replied promptly. Hotel is located close to the beach and about a 20 min walk from the old town. Lots of supermarkets and food places on your doorstep. My particular room had no outside space and was looked over by the neighbouring building so I had to keep the curtains closed. I had booked the room with the garden but didnt get that room but I'm not sure if this was an issue with the hotel or the online site I booked with. I was too hot on arrival to make an issue of it. For this reason I gave a 4 start instead of a five star. Would I recommend- for the price, location and room comfort, yes.

Booked easily, place good, price too. When you arrived, I couldn't find for a long time, it turned out you came to the right place, just there was no administrator and plates. If you're not connected, it's a big minus. When I found a waifay, I called the wotsap and found a place. Sitting earlier than the specified time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. Goed to wash, found a strange towel in the bathroom. There were 2 sets on the bed, in the bathroom right on the hook hanging another one. It comes from 3 sets only one was clean. On the bed too is a spot, very many unpleasant details, furniture without pens, showers flow, soothes with corrugated plastic, torch wires. It was important for me to have the Internet, but the wifi didn't work. Write to the administrator , never fixed. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of the Internet I left to another place.
