1) Great location: close to the coast and Old Town, 8 minutes from the bus station, and 2 minutes from a large supermarket.
2) The husband and wife owners are incredibly hospitable and speak Russian.
3) Absolutely delicious breakfasts! The food is clearly made with love.
4) Excellent guest care: there's construction near the hotel, but they specifically placed us in a room where it couldn't be seen or heard.
5) Very clean.
Overall, if I'm ever in Budva again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

There was also a beautiful sea view from the room.
On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

AAnna BerezinaExcellent hotel! The rooms are very cozy and bright. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they left us a lovely congratulatory note. They were very quick to respond to all our requests, even providing an iron and ironing board. The service was excellent, and the hotel clearly looks new. Breakfasts are good; at first, they might seem small, but you can always find something to eat. I particularly loved the croissants!
As for the downsides, the shower in the bathroom had a poorly designed slope, so there was always a lot of water left on the floor after showering, but they always cleaned it up.

GGuest UserKendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

GGuest UserThe receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

The breakfasts are delicious, and the air conditioning in the hotel works really well, which is a huge help for escaping the heat.
A special thank you to the manager, Ognjen, who was always ready to help and arranged transfers for us upon request.

GGuest UserBooked easily, place good, price too. When you arrived, I couldn't find for a long time, it turned out you came to the right place, just there was no administrator and plates. If you're not connected, it's a big minus. When I found a waifay, I called the wotsap and found a place.
Sitting earlier than the specified time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. Goed to wash, found a strange towel in the bathroom. There were 2 sets on the bed, in the bathroom right on the hook hanging another one. It comes from 3 sets only one was clean. On the bed too is a spot, very many unpleasant details, furniture without pens, showers flow, soothes with corrugated plastic, torch wires.
It was important for me to have the Internet, but the wifi didn't work. Write to the administrator , never fixed. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of the Internet I left to another place.

GGuest UserGreat location, but the parking is pretty awful in the garage under the hotel. For some reason they've platforms on the actual parking spaces that just about fit your car, so it's a lot more of a hassle than it should be. Since it's a hotel the power turns off when you leave, meaning your AC and fridge turn off. Having slept in the attic room, it would've been great if the AC could run all day for the room to stay cool.
