GGuest UserAmazing view of the ocean from our room - the property sits right in front of the ocean. From the verandah in front of your room, you can watch the waves the whole day, there is no need to go to any of the beaches in Mirissa. Breakfast was delicious too, and they even cooked the fish we caught (for a fee). However, don't expect the same creature comforts of an international 4 or 5 star hotel despite being priced higher. The furniture is also rather dated and the room was not very clean. Overall a decent and memorable experience.

Definetly 10 out of 10 for mine ,as l have stayed in 100,s of hotels around the world over the past 30 years,( except for Covid)
it;s not beach front ,but it is only a short scenic walk to a great beach area any way!
The staff where very friendly and helpful in advice on where to visit etc.
Would certainly stay again ,and l recomend this hotel to any one wishing to stay in this area.

This spot is perfect to soak up everything Mirissa beach has to offer. It’s right by the main beach in the town with options for Snorkling, whale watching, dining, drinking, parrot island & coconut tree hill just minutes away.
The room was lovely, spacious & clean. We had a very small problem of monkeys coming onto our balcony during the night & rearranged our chairs & drying clothes for us but the friendly staff took care of everything in the morning.
The perfect hotel to enjoy Mirissa.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a coastal vibe. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sea breeze was an absolute highlight. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was delightful—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options to choose from. I especially loved their seafood dishes, which were prepared to perfection. Another great feature was the location. It’s close enough to Mirissa’s main attractions but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, giving you the best of both worlds.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the bed was facing the sea, and you could see the sea when you opened your eyes. There was a swimming pool on the first floor. The swimming pool was cleaned every day. The bathroom had two washing locations. The hotel was downstairs by the sea and it was close to the coconut forest. There are also many places to eat nearby! The service staff is a local uncle in Lanca, very warm and thoughtful, recommended!

GGuest UserОтель хороший, достаточно большой. Мебель как и везде старенькая. В номере почему то не было фена и только маленький кусочек мыла. Но мы останавливались только на сутки перед экскурсией. Персонал все никак не мог понять, что нам нужно взять с собой ланч бокс, вместо завтрака и давай нам жарить омлет и заваривать кофе 😂
Конечно остановились по большей степени из-за вида с балкона!!! Закат был волшебный!
Спуск к пляжу можно сказать отсутствует, что является большим минусом, потому что океан прям у террасы.
Здорово, что рядом кокосовые деревья на горе и недалеко большой городской пляж.
