Mirissa Beach Villa

Two nights in this villa. We had a great welcoming. Room is large and well decorated. The whole villa is just what to expect from a beach villa with direct access to the beach. Staff is 5 stars. Food is great. I would recomend it to anyone who wants privacy and escape the hotel feeling.

We stayed at Mirissa Beach Villa for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The villa felt very high-end, peaceful, and comfortable — a perfect choice for couples like us in our 40s who appreciate a more relaxed and refined atmosphere. The breakfast was very generous, with plenty of options, and the quality of the food was excellent. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Mirissa Beach Villa to couples looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful stay in Mirissa.

Melissa Beach Villas is worth every penny. The service from the staff is impeccable. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well decorated. Everything you would need is supplied within the room. The grounds are lovely with 2 pools. One is fresh water and the other salted. We celebrated our drivers birthday with a traditional Sri Lankan dinner menu which was was delicious. We requested a cake with a candle and the staff delivered as required. We dined out under the gazebo which was lovely with the sound of the waves and a cool breeze. Breakfast was superb and so very tasty. I would rate a 12/10 if this was possible. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

Excellent stay in Mirissa Beach Villa as part of our 2 week trip to Sri Lanka The accommodation was booked through Travellers Isle company in Sri Lanka What a perfect start to our wonderful Sri Lankan holiday The service food and accommodation was exceptional Kassun the manager was particularly attentive and helpful I would highly recommend this excellent accommodation Mary & Jason

Great place really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights as family of 4 in 2 seperate rooms overlooking the ocean. Service was excellent and the Sri Lanken breakfast was amazing. Couldn’t get the kids out of the pool very relaxing

The location, Pool and building are amazing! The service and staff are terrible... the People are very kind, but dont know anything about service... We have been travelling 3 weeks and this is the only bad service. My son of 2.5 years gets ignored... no plate, no food... nothing even asked if he wants something... We have to ask 5 times... drinks, we order eggs and get something different... they have no clue... We had to wait 35 minutes for food for my son... the other day waited over an hour for lunch... Such a shame according all the money paid for this! Also We had breakfast and walked to view the beach... the dog jumped on the table and ate all... Wouldt book this anymore with this service.. as a travel agent I can not send my clients here anymore...

Just back from Marissa Beach Villa and nothing but praise. The location, pools, rooms, gardens, the view of the sea, cleanliness, food, the staff led by the manager Kasun, were all excellent. This small boutique hotel was really a little bit of heaven. Having breakfast of fresh fruits traditional English of Sri Lankan all cooked to order in the garden overlooking the sea was very special. They ask you to pre order if you dine in, as everything is cooked to order the seafood platter is fantastic as is the traditional Sri Lankan curry. Choosing to dine inside or out the open veranda with the views of the illuminated gardens which are beautiful and the sea beyond is magical. Kasun clearly loves his job and having travelled extensively through the hospitality industry has great conversation, and high standards of customer service. We had a great holiday, nothing was to much trouble, and we would absolutely go back again. Thank you Kasun and all the team for looking after us so well and making our holiday one to remember.

We had a delightul two night stay here. Super room with door to garden and overlooking the sea. Whilst the property is looking very slightly tired, the management are aware of this and a refubishment is planned for the spring. Food, location and service were all top notch, with the manager and chef making sure there was food suitable for our liking, so much so that they arranged a fresh fish, off menu, for me. It is an lovely location being a short walk from the main beach and town.
