Absolutely loved it! The 4.8 rating is well-deserved; this is hands down the best capsule hotel I've ever stayed in. The bunk beds are designed to create individual private rooms facing opposite directions, each with a safe, offering excellent privacy and security. Don't miss the massage chairs in the common area on your floor. Downstairs, there's a hot spring bath ♨️, and if you arrive late, you can book a private bath at the front desk – it's incredibly refreshing to enjoy it alone! After your soak, there's even ice cream available, which is fantastic! In the mornings, they offer free breakfast, and in the evenings, complimentary instant noodles. The location is superb, right in Chinatown, across from the Kuan-ti Temple, with countless delicious food options nearby. The front desk service is impeccable; all the staff are super nice. I'd love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

Guest UserUndoubtedly Yokohama's top luxury experience! This hotel exclusively occupies Pier 8, surrounded by the sea on three sides, and its exterior resembles a luxury cruise ship. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the elegant spiral staircase and nautical-themed design. Located in the heart of Minato Mirai, it's just a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse, the Ferris wheel, and the Cup Noodles Museum. The guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unobstructed 270-degree panoramic view of Yokohama Port's nightscape and the city skyline. Sunrises, sunsets, and dazzling city lights all become your private masterpiece. The space is generous, featuring a modern Japanese aesthetic with warm wood tones and meticulous attention to detail. The bedding is comfortable, and soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom comes with Byredo amenities, and the large bathtub directly faces the sea. The facilities are new and well-maintained, with a gym, courtyard, and sea-view terrace all available.

Guest UserI had a 17-hour layover in Yokohama on my way to Washington, so I decided to spend a night here. The location is excellent! From Yokohama Station's NEWoMan building, you just follow the signs on the second-floor concourse, and it leads straight to the hotel – about a 6-7 minute walk after exiting the station. If you don't want to walk through the mall, after exiting Yokohama Station, look for the North Exit first, then the Northwest Exit; this also connects directly to the concourse, so you're sheltered from any weather. I chose a room with breakfast, which was pretty standard but perfectly fine for filling up. They had a great selection of amenities, very comprehensive. And with my Trip.com points, the price was an absolute steal!

Guest UserThis was my first time staying at Tokyu, and don't make the mistake I did by thinking the small reception desk at the main entrance is for check-ins – it's not. Check-in is on the second floor. When I first arrived with my child, I asked the ground floor staff if we could check in early, but they didn't mention that check-in was on the second floor. My child and I傻傻 (foolishly) waited until 3 PM to go to the ground floor reception, only to be told to go to the second floor. Once upstairs, there was a long queue, and we didn't get checked in until almost 4 PM. If I had known check-in was on the second floor, my child and I would have gone there to queue much earlier.
The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, but the hotel breakfast is good with a wide variety. The location is also very convenient, directly connected to a mall and the subway.

Stayed here recently — great value and a really charming, retro-style room interior that felt unique and cozy. Clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Best feature: it’s only a 3-minute walk to Shin-Yokohama Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so dining options are plentiful. Would recommend for budget-conscious travelers who appreciate a nostalgic design and convenient location.

Kun37I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a very comfortable stay.
The facilities were excellent, from the relaxing atmosphere in the common areas to the well-maintained amenities. Everything felt modern and thoughtfully designed. I was also very impressed with the food — delicious, fresh, and with a good variety of options to choose from.
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to friends and family.

The front desk service was excellent. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept really well. The room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. The view was great. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Plus, it's just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station.

Guest UserThis isn't a typical hotel with facilities or a lobby staff. There's just one polite Chinese-speaking lady downstairs who helps you check in and gives you the room key. She leaves later in the evening, so there's no staff assistance after that. However, the room itself was surprisingly clean, well-equipped with essential amenities, very new, and spotless. It was also quite spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. If you're looking for a one-night stopover before heading to the airport or a nearby area, this place is great. It offers free parking and a convenient location, with a bus stop, convenience store, pharmacy, ramen shop, breakfast place, and izakaya all nearby. We even stumbled upon a fantastic izakaya run by a Hokkaido owner in the evening, serving delicious sashimi and small dishes – a pleasant surprise!

Guest UserThe place was old, but well kept enough. The staff were helpful, and the location is near the furthest exit of the train station - so mostly sheltered, which is great

NixaWhat a great little find! Perfect price, perfect stay. The room is definitely teeny tiny BUT… the staff are friendly and helpful, there’s lots of toiletries to choose from on arrival, bakery items for purchase 24/7, sanitiser available on every floor, comfy bed, dressing gown and slippers…good breakfast buffet (though no hot selection for vegetarians other than soup). Bus and train within walking distance. Close to marina and a couple of great izakaya. Overall, just terrific.
