KKennyDuring my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks.
One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness.
Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel.
Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay.
In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.

The design and functionality of the pillows being able to be used as backrest cushions are a great plus.

GGuest UserIt's a pity that I couldn't get dinner because I didn't make a reservation. Convenience stores and restaurants are far away, so you will need to partner somewhere or prepare for guidance.
The hot water of the hanging water was the best.
I entered five times.
The cleaning of the bathroom was certainly well done and impressed.
I would like to go again.

The volume of the phone was low so I couldn't hear what they said when I made an inquiry.

GGuest UserI like it very much. The room is a three-bed room. The two big and two small are just right. The environment is also very good. The space is enough. There is a large bathtub. The two babies like it very much. The TV can find all kinds of animation. Unfortunately, Japanese is not good. This time I saw the Dragon Ball and I have full memories. The lobby is beautiful, the service is very good, and there is Chinese service. There is a 711 convenience store near the hotel. Parking is very convenient nearby. The hotel presents 200 vouchers, which is awesome.
