"The hotel is easily reachable by car, but if you are using the train, it’s 30/40min by walk or you should jump on a bus. Nearby there are konbinis and a supermarket, which is super useful if you want to eat at the hotel and take advantage of the microwave (there are not a lot of restaurants nearby). The hotel is clean and comfortable—if you want, you can also book a private bath room for free, which is great.
On top of the usual amenities, you can also find different options for shampoo and conditioner (ex. one for damaged hair, etc..)"

"Transportation is very convenient, with the bus station and JR trains nearby. Since Tsu is relatively simple, getting around everywhere and even the port is easy. Since it's a small town, the station has relatively few amenities and shops, but there are many izakayas around the station. The cleanliness, perhaps due to the hotel's age, was a bit flawed. The large public bath isn't large, but it can be quite crowded on weekdays. Breakfast includes a wagyu hot pot, often called Matsusaka beef, but it doesn't taste significantly different from other restaurants like Matsuya. It's delicious, but don't mistake it for Matsusaka beef you eat outside. The other breakfast dishes and varieties are quite good and delicious, and we really enjoyed the grilled fish.
I give it a full score, especially since the staff who checked me in at around 3:00 PM on June 25th explained everything very attentively in Chinese. Thank you."

It's close to the station, has a garage, and even if it's full, there are cheap coin-operated parking lots nearby, making it very convenient.

"The stay was very pleasant. I used Tsu as a hub to visit both Ise Shingu and Nachi given that there are rapid and limited express trains running from Tsu. The hotel is situated directly next to Tsu station with various restaurants situated near it. There is a shopping ***** located about a 13 minute walk from Tsu station with Uniqlo and a large supermarket next to it.
As for the room, the beds were comfortable and spacious. Various amenities such as toothbrush and shavers were provided. There is also a free coffee machine located next to the check in desk.
I will highly recommend those who plan to visit Mie prefecture to stay here!"

Perhaps I wasn't used to staying, there were many people who spoke loudly in the corridor in the mood of home, and I was able to cut off the time to relax.

"I use this hotel every time I have a drinking party. It's always clean and the staff are very efficient. The room number isn't written on the card key, which feels secure. In the mornings, I make use of the late check-out. The bed in the room is large and very comfortable. Doing my makeup in the morning is also super easy because there's a mirror on the wall by the desk. I'll definitely be using this hotel again."

"I like it very much. The room is a three-bed room. The two big and two small are just right. The environment is also very good. The space is enough. There is a large bathtub. The two babies like it very much. The TV can find all kinds of animation. Unfortunately, Japanese is not good. This time I saw the Dragon Ball and I have full memories. The lobby is beautiful, the service is very good, and there is Chinese service. There is a 711 convenience store near the hotel. Parking is very convenient nearby. Guest UserDuring my recent stay at Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu, I had a mixed experience, resulting in an overall rating of 3 out of 5. While the hotel was generally acceptable, there were some notable drawbacks.
One major issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the rooms. I was disappointed to find a significant number of insects on the walls, which was quite unpleasant and off-putting. As a result, I had to deduct points and give it a rating of 3 out of 5 for cleanliness.
Additionally, compared to my previous stay at another Hotel R9 location, the price at Yard Tsu was slightly higher. However, it was still within an acceptable range considering the overall quality of the hotel.
Despite the drawbacks, I must mention that the hotel's staff were courteous and attentive, providing decent service throughout my stay.
In conclusion, while Hotel R9 at Yard Tsu has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, its reasonable price and satisfactory service make it an acceptable choice for a short stay. However, I would recommend management to address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.

I stayed here once last year, but I forgot the details. Please note that there are no razors, hairbrushes, lotions or creams as amenities. I had completely forgotten about it.
Although there is a rice shortage these days, white rice and rice balls made with newly harvested rice were served for the free breakfast. There were the standard items such as Ise udon, curry, miso soup, grilled fish, sausages, etc. The main drink was apple cider vinegar, coffee from a machine, black tea, and roasted green tea. If you don't know that you can make it with the plum kombu tea or green tea powder in the amenities and boil it with hot water, you will end up drinking apple cider vinegar.
When it's crowded, you can just eat it in your room and leave it on the return desk in the hallway.
It's convenient because it's close to the station.

You don't speak English well, but you're very kind. I didn't speak Japanese well, so I talked with a translator, but he kindly told me about the room and the shared bathroom. 👍 Even though it was 7 pm at night, it was dark from the moment I got off at the station. The operation time of nearby shops is very short There are not many restaurants around the dormitory except convenience stores. Instead, it's very close to the ferry dock to Nagoya Airport. Recommended for those who want to experience tatami rooms at an affordable price.

It's a pity that I couldn't get dinner because I didn't make a reservation. Convenience stores and restaurants are far away, so you will need to partner somewhere or prepare for guidance.
The hot water of the hanging water was the best.
I entered five times.
The cleaning of the bathroom was certainly well done and impressed.
I would like to go again.

I chose this hotel, which I have stayed at before, on short notice to visit Ise Shrine.
It was a long car trip from Kanto, so I was worried about the comfort of the bed as it would put strain on my back...
It was the same as before, with a slightly hard mattress that was gentle on my body, and I woke up in perfect condition in the morning.
Perhaps the hotel's air conditioning is well adjusted, but even when I used the air conditioner in the room, I was worried about it drying out my delicate skin, but there was no strain at all ♡
This is a big plus for a woman ♡
The room was old, but it was well cleaned ♡
Thank you very much for your help.
I look forward to staying with you again.

Guest UserI used it well at a reasonable price :) From the looks of it, I'm not sure how things will change since interior construction is scheduled to begin in May, but the breakfast was delicious too! If you go under the hotel, you can also find a delicious eel rice bowl restaurant!
