The hot spring was great. The food was good too. The room was clean. However, the menu said ”2 go” of sake at dinner, but it was actually 300 ml. If I had known, I would have ordered a different sake. But that's it. Thank you for your hospitality.

We booked an Ocean View Japanese Style Room The ocean view is fantastic. Breakfast & dinner included, good food. Public Onsen offers both indoor & outdoor A show in the lobby & there is a shuttle bus to Kitazawa flotation plant after the show. Excellent arrangement for the guests.

GGuest Userホテルの周りに飲食店など何もないので自然と素晴らしい日本海を眺めたりサンセットなどは最高に楽しめ静かな時間を過ごすには大変良いと思いました。
ただ周りに飲食店がない分ホテル内の食事はもう少し佐渡島を感じられるメニューを揃えて頂けると良かったと感じました。

Amazing view from the room, great service. Staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Directly over the stairs to the beach. I recommend to spend there more than one night to make the best out of it.

Nice hotel with 2 Onsen (one on the roof overviewing the sea). Rooms are Japanese style, big and super clean. Staff was friendly. I recommend.

Very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible despite minimal English and our non existent Japanese. They kindly kept our bags after checkout and we could leave electric bikes there overnight.
