"Osado Seaview Hot Spring Hotel Located on the cape on the southwest side of Sado Island, it has ample parking space and great views. You can enjoy the sunset and the Sea of ​​Japan. The check-in staff is friendly and detailed, and there are many special services that can be reserved. There are welcome drinks in the lobby from 3pm to 6pm, local cultural performances at 7:15pm, free shuttle buses to the Sado Kinzan ruins to enjoy the light show at 8pm or 9:30pm, and free midnight snacks (Inari sushi) at 10pm. Quite a variety of resources, you can come to the lobby to use/reservation if you need. This time I stayed in a tatami room. Although there is no own shower space, the space is very spacious and should be able to accommodate up to six people. Some facilities look a little old, but small places are still noticed, such as small stickers for writing names on slippers, new heating kettles for snacks and drinks, and multiple USB connectors for charging extension cords, which are very considerate. The mattress will be laid in the evening, and it feels older. Some quilts feel a bit old, and the pillows only feel hard and a bit flat. The air conditioning in the room is a little inconvenient to adjust. Sometimes it is too hot and sometimes it is too cold. I have to get up and adjust it again when I go to bed at night. It is recommended to update the air conditioning system. The public hot spring is on the first floor. There are not many people around 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening and around 9 o'clock on weekends. There are semi-open-air hot spring pools, oven saunas, and water baths. Towels are provided, so you don't have to bring your own. There are also many shampoos to choose from, and the lotions and cleaning products provided are also very good👍🏻 The breakfast options are very diverse, with many local ingredients (Sado milk🥛, Sado fried yellowtail, etc.) The most recommended seafood bowl🍱, you can freely match salmon, tuna, fresh shrimp, salmon* and other seafood, very delicious! The restaurant staff are also very friendly."

"A 120-year-old shop with 150-year-old bonsai-like old trees in the backyard~ The condition of the house can be imagined. The floor will creak and creak. If you sleep lightly, you should go to a big hotel, but if you die of sleep, maybe I won’t mind ´∀`, but the degree of satisfaction varies from person to person and will not be influenced by the accommodation~ The toilet is clean and tidy with an electric toilet lid, which should be newly renovated. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. The boss is very nice and talkative. Behind the house is Lake Kamo. He also took us to feed the seagulls and swans. Those who need a car will drive them to the car rental office. It's a 7 or 8 minute walk from Ryotsu Port. It's easy to find. In a tatami room, there are two-layer mattresses for sleeping. Sometimes the quilt will be delivered later to help the guests make the bed. If the room is large, it may be put in advance."

"The biggest surprise of this trip to Niigata was Sado Island, and the biggest surprise of Sado Island was this hotel. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the hotel's view. The blues of the grassy shoreline were breathtaking. From pre-check-in to check-out, I felt the hotel's attentiveness and genuine care. Since my child doesn't eat raw food or seafood, I emailed the hotel staff before check-in and they said we could choose the ¥11,000 option for the child, replacing the seafood and cold dishes with meat, while we chose the ¥14,850 adult set menu. That evening, no one confirmed this, but at dinner, the child's set menu, including sashimi, puffer fish hot pot, and grilled fish, was replaced with tempura, pork hot pot, fried chicken, potato salad, and beef. The preparation was truly meticulous. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus every evening at 8:00 and 8:30 to visit the Kitazawa Floating Mine Site's illuminated display. Upon return, there's a local Sado Island song and dance performance and saxophone music. You can also sign up for beachfront yoga at 7:00 AM. Fishing rods are available for rental. There's a wealth of activities. After checking out, we went to the beachfront lawn in front of the hotel to take photos. The driver was helping us take a family photo. The lady at the entrance, perhaps thinking a family member was missing from the photo, ran out onto the lawn and offered to take a photo with us. Their service was exceptional. Perhaps due to the color palette, the room interior and exterior look dated in the website photos. In reality, they were brand new, clean, and spacious and comfortable. The hotel's exquisite views and attentive service made the entire stay a perfect experience and left us with unforgettable memories."

"A standard Japanese-style hot spring hotel, breakfast and dinner are included. It is recommended to make an appointment at the front desk for transfer to Ryotsu Port. I can walk with my suitcase for half an hour without any problem. The room has a refrigerator, safe, toilet and bathtub. There is Lawson nearby, a 10-minute walk away. Sado only has Lawson, not FamilyMart or 7-11. I am very satisfied with this trip. Want to come again"
