"I live in Japan and travel there a lot. I spent four nights in this hotel, which claims to be eco-friendly, but like other hotels recently, uses this as a pretext to cut costs. Indeed, the room was only cleaned once, and the disposable toothbrushes provided on the first day were only replaced a second time during the entire stay. The sheets were never changed, and the bed was made only once. The used towels weren't collected daily. Is offering disposable toothbrushes conceivable with a supposed commitment to environmental responsibility? No. Does not making the bed have anything to do with this so-called environmental responsibility? No. Offering a smoking room near the reception area that reeks of smoke in the hotel entrance... is that eco-friendly? No. Is it respectful of non-smokers? No."

She helped us communicate and translate with the police, ensuring that we could clearly explain the situation and receive assistance. Her help was truly invaluable in getting us safely rescued. In addition, the hotel manager and staffs generously drove us from the police station back to the hotel and assisted us with the necessary follow-up arrangements. Their patience, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond their duties meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for the care and support we received. It has been a blessing to be guests at Oosado Hotel, and we will always remember your kindness."

"The facility itself is retro in the Showa era, but the room is large and the view from the large window is the best, and it is nostalgic somewhere, and the toilet and washroom are easy to use and calm atmosphere. Hot spring ♨️ also has a retro bathtub and a brand new open-air bath ♨️ that was extended about two years ago, which was the most comfortable and the meal was delicious. Especially, I was really impressed by the happy service that the rice 🍚 was the best and I could have as many cups of okawari. As expected !! I had rice called the authentic rice of rice 🌾."

"I used it on my first trip to sado. I booked this because it was a hotel adjacent to sado's scenic spot Nikame. When I checked in at the hotel and went to eat, it took about an hour everywhere, and only that point is inconvenient. If you know in advance, you can eat it before you go or buy it and bring it in, so there is no problem. The starry sky at night was also seen from the room and was a great view. and the time was flowing It is a perfect hotel to taste extraordinary. I want to go to stay again! It is a recommended hotel."
