It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Narita Station.
It may be difficult to get around for people with lots of luggage using Narita Airport, or families with small children.
It's a great location right in front of Naritasan Mountain.
The inn's shop was under renovation, and the convenience store near the station that we were directed to was open until around 8pm, so we ended up not being able to buy what we needed, which was quite frustrating.
We were told that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day, but that there was a charge after check-out. I wish they had explained this clearly beforehand.
It has the feel of a good old-fashioned Japanese inn, and I would like to bring international friends who love Japanese culture here in the future.

We had an early flight, so we opted to stay one night in Narita. After comparing hotel prices and travel time, it was more cost-effective to stay overnight. On the day, we checked out from our city accommodation and went directly to the hotel to drop off our luggage. Then, we explored Omotesando for food and shopping, followed by a trip to Aeon and Don Quijote. After all that, we came back for a good night's sleep. The new building started serving a light breakfast at 5:30 AM, which was perfect. We took the 6:30 AM hotel shuttle to the airport, and had plenty of time.
Be aware that there's a period in the middle of the day with no shuttle service (check the timetable picture). During this time, travel between the airport and the hotel can take a long time, so plan accordingly.
We booked a twin room, and it was comfortable. The aisle was a bit narrow, but we were able to fully open two large suitcases, which was great for packing.

qdfengluThe hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel itself is a bit old, but everything is still quite good. It's a great choice for a one-night stay if you need to catch an early morning flight.

Nice hotel, nice and close to Kiesei Narita train station Staff were very friendly although the room wasn’t huge was very comfortable. Any complaint I would have was that the TV had nothing other than Japanese channels no movie channels no English speaking channels.

AnnaVichThe hotel is basic but clean, comfortable, and has everything it sets out to deliver. We had a twin room, which is small but has comfy beds, was pretty quiet, and the shower was good (also quite small).
The shuttle service was punctual but has a very limited schedule. That said, we took the train to the airport which was very quick as well, though I imagine inconvenient with lots of luggage.
The breakfast was good but for everyone. It was very local - I enjoyed it but my husband struggled a bit. Coffee is pretty bad, but we didn't have expectations. It is also very early, ending at 8:30AM.
There is a family mart right in the building and max value across the street. A few restaurants (tonkatsu and ramen) just at the step and open late.
I'd stay here again if transiting through Narita though!

Guest UserBottom of the bed is incredible dusty like spider webs.
Other than that the window pane is dusty as well.
The bidet is old style
The water shower is old style
The basin is old style
The aircond central control is 90s style.
Not worth the price.
But the room is quite big for three
Water pressure is high.
But the shower head is sharp spraying and not comfortable shower.
But the location is quite good Probabaly the closest to the station.
I would stay in Richmond or apa hotel if possible.
But the front desk is friendly.
The new wing is also old.

The only downside is that it's far and hard to find. After taking one stop on the bus from the airport, I dragged my luggage for a kilometer or two into the middle of nowhere, making me question all my life choices! I wouldn't recommend this hotel for airport travelers unless you have a car.
It's not really a business hotel; it's more of a local resort with hot spring facilities. The staff even helped me arrange a taxi for early the next morning, which felt very personal and thoughtful.
There's dining and self-service laundry downstairs, so overall, it's pretty good.

GtZnWe stayed at Narita Art Hotel with our family on June 30 before our flight to Sri Lanka from Narita Airport. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep before our journey. Its convenient location near Narita Airport made our travel stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay before or after a flight.

I like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.
