"Even though I’m a smoker, I’d never book a smoking room. But there was only one room left and it was a smoking room, I booked it anyway. I was surprised to find that the room and the hallway did not have strong cigarette smell, especially with the window opened in the room, it was actually not stuffy and quite enjoyable to smoke in my own room (if you know how trouble it is to find a place to smoke in Japan)."

"The room was impeccably clean. The bedding and toiletries provided were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety. There's also a hot spring bath (onsen) on the first floor, which was a pleasant surprise. I was very satisfied with my stay. This hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. "Service: This is my second stay here, and it's the most convenient place for layovers in Narita!
The free airport shuttle runs frequently, almost every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers even help with luggage.
It's great value for three people, costing less than 400 yuan a night on weekdays. If you want to eat, you can take the shuttle to T1 or T2, which have many options.
There's also a shuttle to the Aeon Mall in the city, but it only runs four times a day from 11 AM to the afternoon. We didn't manage to catch it, so we didn't experience it.
Facilities: You can't tell it's an old hotel; it's very well-maintained. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors can be picked up on the first floor. Make sure to grab them at night, as you can't get them in the morning.
There's also a drugstore and a FamilyMart on the first floor. Prices are normal, and FamilyMart is well-stocked with popular puddings and various drinks, and it's open 24 hours. The drugstore is open from 1:30 PM to 10 PM."

"Making the decision to stay here was absolutely spot on! We returned our rental car and this hotel was right across the street. It has several restaurants and even a Lawson convenience store. "I really enjoyed my stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita. The location is especially convenient if you have an early flight or a late-night arrival at Narita Airport. It’s only around 15 minutes from the airport by the hotel’s free shuttle bus, which made my trip so much easier and stress-free.
The hotel is quite big, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities where you can relax and unwind after a long day of traveling. They have an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, public bath, restaurants, and even a convenience store inside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities, which is very convenient for travelers staying for several days.
I also appreciated how spacious the property feels and how there are plenty of areas to simply rest and enjoy your time before your flight. The free airport shuttle is definitely one of the best features, especially when you don’t want to worry about transportation with luggage.

The room was clean and comfortable, and getting there was very easy, just 3 bus stops, and you can walk directly to the hotel. There’s also a FamilyMart nearby, which is super convenient.

"The good thing is there is free shuttle from Narita airport, the bus driver is very helpful, he helps us to put our baggage into the bus. But there are 17 hotels around the area providing same service. Its about 20 minutes by bus from Narita airport to Hotel.
1. Facility:
The hotel is aged, but clean. The lift is old, anyone can access to the room floor. The hotel is just giving 2 bottle mineral waters (400ml each), when i request addtional, they just willing to give another 2 bottles, it was almost 12am in the mid night, i need to buy water at the Family mart at Mystay hotel, because the 7-11 in Hilton Narita closed at 11.00pm.
This is strange to me, normally 5 star hotel give unlimited complimentary water. i was staying with my family in the Hilton Tokyo Bay during this trip, this hotel is providing water dispenser and ice maker at each floor, which is much more convenient.
2. Food
Due to early morning flight, we settle our dinner at Terrance Restaurant dinner buffet, the cost is JPY 7500 during weekend, and they are running 30% off for room guest. The price is good, but the food quality is under average and limited choice."

Guest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it very suitable for travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices and great quality.
However, there were only a few power outlets available in the room, which was a little inconvenient. In addition, complimentary drinking water was not provided in the room. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again.

This is a great hotel! While you can tell it's a bit older, the building and facilities are incredibly well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The interior has a charming, traditional Japanese style. It's a small place but has everything you need. The front desk staff, both younger and older, were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They were very thoughtful about storing and moving my luggage. The room was meticulously cleaned, and it was quiet and comfortable to stay in at night. The location is also excellent; it's a five-minute walk to JR Narita Station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Narita Omotesando and Shinsho-ji Temple are just a ten-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Narita on your way to Tokyo.

LijiarikaWe stayed here for one night specifically to visit the Shisui Premium Outlets. Although there's nothing much around except for a convenience store, the place is spacious and offers great value for money.
The service is mostly self-service, which was actually quite convenient. Coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The convenience store has a huge variety of items and is also open 24 hours. For breakfast, you can choose between the buffet in the main building or the lighter meal options in the new annex.
The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, no reservation needed, and it's free – super convenient! 👍👍👍
It's a great hotel for a layover before departure or after arrival.

The JR station is close enough (only a few minutes, less than 5') and you have some kind of bar right next to the guesthouse.
Clean and cozy place, beds are closed with a curtain and the male/female spaces are clearly indicated
You shall take your shoes off and wear the provided flipflops to walk around.

Stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and it was incredibly convenient — very close to my terminal. The place was clean, the capsules were really nice and private, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. The showers were great too, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable airport stay. A

knockerIt's my favourite airport in the world, being a big plane Spotter and aviation photography my requested room was fantastic with views over the end of the runway, very comfy bed for a great sleep and quiet, excellent bathroom, with fridge, the breakfast option is very good to have, pick up and drop off from the airport included, the staff where very nice and helpful, i will definitely come next time

Guest UserLocation was very good as it's only like 5 mins walk from Kesei Narita station so it's perfect for transit stay if you fly from Narita. Romm was big so no issues with big luggage handling and storage. However there's one major minus: the toilet doesn't have those automatic features that typically all Japan hotels have, not even a bidet spray! Please at least add a bidet spray! Luckily we only stayed overnight there as transit cuz out flight was morning from Narita. I'd probably won't stay there again just because of this which is a shame cuz other things were just fine.

If you're into stepping back to the 80s, you absolutely gotta stay here! This hotel totally makes you feel like you're in an Al Capone movie. What a bummer I didn't bring my pinstripe suit!
There's a Family Mart right in the hotel, so you're all set for basic food and drinks. The hotel also has a restaurant, but it's a bit on the pricey side.
The best part? They've got a free shuttle from the airport and back! Plus, there's another free shuttle that takes you to the mall, which has tons of food and shopping options.
That free shuttle also swings by the JR Station. And get this, there's a temple just a hop, skip, and a jump from the station, and an old village nearby. It's totally worth the trip to walk around those streets and try the eels!

The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.
