Noor AlimRichmond Hotel Narita was an excellent choice for our overnight stay before an early morning flight.
A small tip for travellers with luggage: use the road route when walking to the hotel, as it's much easier. The pedestrian route involves taking an escalator down, followed by several flights of stairs, which can be inconvenient with heavy bags.
Check-in was swift and professional, and the staff made the process smooth and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an incredibly comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and a spotless bathroom. Everything was well maintained, and we had a very restful night's sleep.
One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the complimentary airport shuttle service. The first shuttle departs at 6:10 a.m., which was perfect for our 8:20 a.m. flight from Narita Airport Terminal 1. The transfer was seamless and took away the stress of arranging early morning transportation.
Overall, I highly recommend Richmond Hotel Narita, especially for families of three or anyone catching an early flight. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and the convenient airport shuttle make it a great place to stay.

LijiarikaWe stayed here for one night specifically to visit the Shisui Premium Outlets. Although there's nothing much around except for a convenience store, the place is spacious and offers great value for money.
The service is mostly self-service, which was actually quite convenient. Coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The convenience store has a huge variety of items and is also open 24 hours. For breakfast, you can choose between the buffet in the main building or the lighter meal options in the new annex.
The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, no reservation needed, and it's free – super convenient! 👍👍👍
It's a great hotel for a layover before departure or after arrival.

JPCHTravellerGot a single standard room. The room was quite small but if you’re by yourself and spending most of your time outside, this hotel is great.
For breakfast, there is a buffet next door - which is a yakiniku (bbq) shop. Not many varieties like luxury hotels but it’s enough if you just want a simple breakfast.
There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita airport. It depends on the time so it’s best to confirm at the reception.
Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Guest UserComfort Hotel Narita is a very good option for a short stay or transit stopover near Narita Airport.
The hotel provides typical Japanese hospitality, staff are polite, well-trained, friendly, and always try their best to assist. Some staff speak English above basic conversational level, which is helpful for overseas travellers.
We only stayed for 2 nights while waiting for our next flight and found it a great choice. It is only **one train stop from Narita Airport Terminal 2 to Narita Station**, and around a **10-minute walk from the station to the hotel**, which is very manageable.
There are also 2 Lawson convenience stores nearby, and you can take a bus from in front of Narita Station to AEON Narita Shopping Centre. This makes it ideal if you want to relax near the airport and avoid travelling all the way into Tokyo.
One useful tip: some booking websites may automatically charge extra for a child. However, the hotel's official policy states that **children stay free**. We simply booked **2 adults** and advised the hotel that **1 child would also be staying**, and they accepted it without any additional charge upon arrival.
Breakfast is included. The rooms and facilities are above average — not luxury, but clean and comfortable.
Highly recommended for short stays and airport transit.

Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy.

The room was impeccably clean. The bedding and toiletries provided were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety. There's also a hot spring bath (onsen) on the first floor, which was a pleasant surprise. I was very satisfied with my stay. This hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. It's conveniently located very close to Naritasan Temple, which features a calligraphy exhibition and a beautiful park – perfect for a relaxing stroll.

OngSTWe stayed in the compact twin room, non smoking. We were given the 5th floor room. Nice view from our room. Amenities wise, just basic, toothbrush and towels, indoor slipper is quite hard on the foot, so I used my own disposable indoor slippers. Hotel staffs are not that friendly, maybe they handle too many foreign visitors, tone spoken was unpleasant to me. Despite this issue, the room is spacious for the price we paid.

LvxingdexiaoxiaohaiThe only downside is that it's far and hard to find. After taking one stop on the bus from the airport, I dragged my luggage for a kilometer or two into the middle of nowhere, making me question all my life choices! I wouldn't recommend this hotel for airport travelers unless you have a car.
It's not really a business hotel; it's more of a local resort with hot spring facilities. The staff even helped me arrange a taxi for early the next morning, which felt very personal and thoughtful.
There's dining and self-service laundry downstairs, so overall, it's pretty good.
