The room had a place to take off shoes and there was a disposable slipper in the amenities, so there was a feeling of cleanliness.
In addition, there were shampoo conditioners and various chargers in the lobby. (There was also a charger in the room.)
The bed was large and I was able to sleep well until morning.
There were sweets and drinks in the lobby, and it was good that the guests were able to get free!

GGuest UserLike most Japanese hotels, the room was small but well-equipped, even coming with a mini-fridge. The service was excellent. It was also quite convenient to stay here for visiting Hitachi Seaside Park to see the nemophila flowers. It's just a few minutes' walk from Mito Station. Right in front of the hotel are the Sakura River and Senba Lake, where we saw wild ducks, swans, and black swans. It's about a 30-minute walk to Kairakuen Garden, a popular spot for locals to stroll and jog. I imagine it would be beautiful during cherry blossom season in spring and plum blossom season in winter.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the rice at breakfast was extremely hard.
It's rare these days for rice to taste bad.
Maybe I got the amount of water wrong, or the amount of rice wrong...
Everything else was satisfactory.

I'm a vegetarian, so I'm only listing what I ate. There was also meat and fish.
The breakfast was more extensive than in most 5 star hotels in Japan.

ししらたまちゃんUsed for the night before the Mito Komon Marathon. It is located about 5 kilometers away from Mito Station, but there is a bus stop nearby, so I didn't feel stress when I went back and forth. There is also a convenience store in front of the hotel, and there is a supermarket if you walk a little.
The public bath is compact and just right, although there is no sauna.
There is also a coffee server in front of the front desk.
Breakfast is not very large, but the taste is delicious and satisfying.

When you leave the hotel or check out, you need to return the physical key to the front desk for safekeeping to avoid losing it.

GGuest UserI was able to get a very cheap rate by booking online at the last minute, but the breakfast buffet was very good. Especially the salad. It was listed as organic, and indeed the vegetables were really delicious. Couple and 9-year-old daughter. Room with double bed and loft bed. Breakfast was included for the number of people, and I thought that the child rate would usually be cheaper, but I was so satisfied that I didn't think that. Welcome drinks are unlimited until 9pm. The only complaint I had was that it was hard to find the parking fee. When I got there, it was 700 yen a day and I was free to enter and exit. I don't particularly mind it. It's a little far from the destination, but I think I'll use it again. All the staff were very nice and well-trained. By the way, there is only one bath, so it is a men's and women's system.

Jjigel8토요일 미토역 근처 숙박은 15~20만원이었는데, 흡연가능 룸이 하나 떠서 조식포함 7.7만원에 예약했습니다. 담배냄새제거 요청했고, 공기청정기도 있어서 담배냄새는 전혀안났습니다. 트윈베드라 좋았고, 욕실은 정말 작았지만 공동목욕탕이 있어서 씻고오니 개운했습니다. 섬유탈취제가 있어 저녁에 오코노미야키 먹고 온 옷에 냄새 밴 것도 깔끔하게 해결했습니다. 센바호수(senba lake) 옆에 있어서 아침저녁에 산책하기 좋았어요. 조깅하시는 분들이 꽤 많습니다. 로비에 만화책과 마사지의자도 있고, 무료 탄산음료, 술 자판기도 있습니다. 최고였습니다. 다음에 미토간다면 여기에서 다시 숙박하고 싶네요.

・As expected of a Toyoko Inn hotel of which we are members, the reception staff were polite and smiling when we asked them for a rough map of the area and the bus and taxi situation, which we liked.
・We were impressed by how the dining room staff responded quickly and with a smile to a customer who was talking to them about apple juice.
・The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was well-balanced in both variety and color.
・We had rice, curry, soba noodles, and bread. There were several types of soup to choose from, so it was nice to be able to choose.
