駅からはやや離れていますが大通りに面していることもありバスは時刻表要らずというくらい次々と来ます。バス停降りてすぐ目の前にスーパーホテルはあります。宿泊した日は平日ですが他にもお客さんは多かったです。チェックイン時に名前を書き色々と説明されましたが驚いたのは翌日そのまま帰っていいということ。鍵は暗証番号なので返却の必要なし。チェックアウト時にフロントに並ぶ必要がないのでスムーズです。女性宿泊客にはアメニティ5点まで自由に選べます。2階のロビーにはソフトドリンクやアルコールも22時まで自由に飲めます。氷と水はおそらく24時間利用可能です。部屋は2段ベッドで2人までは利用できます。ですがベッドが大きく部屋が狭く感じます。大浴場は1つしかないので男女入れ替え制です。ホテル周囲はコンビニや飲食店もあり少し歩くとスーパーもあります。2階フロントには選べる枕もあります。部屋にある枕はかなり硬いです。フロントでは他に粉茶やバスロープもあります。 　今回初めて利用しましたがコスパ良くとても居心地良かったです。女性スタッフが非常に親切で印象が良かったです。1泊6000円未満で朝食付き、アクセスも良い、ドリンクのサービスも充実、大浴場も利用可能で大満足です。今後旅行した際にスーパーホテルを利用したいです。

After worrying for a long time, I finally stayed! On the way home from work, the parking lot of the Dumei Hotel was full, so I just parked it in the nearby parking lot! I think the front desk is not very good, maybe because I hide it and my eyes can't smile. It’s nice to feel clean as soon as I enter the room! If I dare to say, I think the clothes in the room I left are a bit messy. It's a pity there. I have nothing to say! The chibi ice cream after hot water and the free ice cream are both good! ReFa's shower heads and toiletries are also very good in the bathroom! The amount of soba noodles at night was just right! It may be a bit unsatisfactory for men, but it would be great if you could choose a large portion! I'm hungry. The breakfast has sweet shrimp and kenchin soba noodles, as well as seasonal chestnut rice and chestnut chawanmushi are very good! The infection control is in place, and the breakfast vacancies are also wiped out one by one, so I can use it with confidence!

We stayed with 3 people with breakfast. There was a welcome drink in the service and there was a cartoon and the price was cheap and good. It was hard when I stopped because the unevenness of the parking lot and the interval of the car were narrow because it was a little old. The parking fee is 300 yen separately. I was worried about the smell a little because the corridor was old, but the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good too. I would like to use it again.

We used it on our return from Sendai. I arrived at the station because it was dark, but I was able to go without hesitation because I understood the signboard. There was a supermarket and convenience store right in front of me, so I could shop. The room was large and clean enough. Because of the double window, the track was close, but it was quiet and I could sleep well. Due to the influence of the new corona virus, breakfast was served and lunch was cold and hard. I left about two-thirds of them, and I think it's better to make a reservation without meals and warm them at a convenience store nearby. I was satisfied except breakfast.

Except for the use of twin rooms and the small points, it is all available and the cospa is good. I think it is good as a business trip inn. We used it as a hotel to meet and stay with colleagues in Mito. I assumed that it was an old hotel with a price setting despite walking from the north exit of Mito Station, but it was as expected. But the room is larger and cleaner than I thought, and it will be unavoidable if you only stay. There is also a breakfast that can be eaten well and is suitable for business use. I think the parking lot is small and I often use the coin parking nearby, so I need to be careful. The downtown is close, but I finished dinner at the restaurant in the hotel,

Ctrip’s staff is not good, Starbucks downstairs has been relocated for a long time, and a picture of the Starbucks upstairs is to mislead people. The standards of the hotel, in terms of design, cleanliness & comfort amazed me and wife. Service from car park, reception to restaurant was really commendable. Breakfasts were meticulously served with first morning in Japanese set and the second in Western. I don't know how old the hotel is but the working and upkeeping condition of the interiors and fittings is superbly impressive and puts many newly opened hotels I had stayed to shame. For the price we paid, this is a really an unusually spacious hotel (room & public areas). During our 8 nights of travelling from Tokyo - Kusatsu - Minakami - Tokyo, this hotel was the best and we will highly recommend to anyone who visits Mito. My congratulation & praise to the staff and management of the Mito Plaza Hotel. Keep it up!
