GGuest UserThe hotel was good with staff behaviour but was average with respect to infra, the next morning electricity kept going on and off, which was fixed in 5-10 mins each time, till that time you have to stay in total darkness. Also hotel not recommeded for the people going for some exam purpose, as there are late night parties which can create a lot of disturbance in your sleep.

From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel's modern facilities and luxurious rooms were impressive, with attention to detail that showed a commitment to customer satisfaction. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a flat-screen tv and minibar, were top-notch. But what truly set diplomat residency apart was the service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply offering a warm smile, they made me feel valued and appreciated. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The hotel's location was also convenient, within walking distance to public transportation and local attractions. What impressed me most, however, was the hotel's attention to detail. From the fresh flowers in the lobby to the complimentary bottled water in the room, every aspect of the hotel showed a commitment to excellence. Overall, i would highly recommend diplomat residency to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and exceptional hotel experience.
