A beautiful property no doubt. Location is excellent. I stayed in Room No 507 on 5 Jan 2025. It was Platinum Deluxe Room. I came in the morning for day visit. I have clearly stated that I will not stay in the night.I did not expect any concession from Hotel Administration. At morning time I ordered for light Breakfast. I got it in time but they insisted me to pay at once. I requested them to wait till check out but they were in hurry. I ordered for dinner. They had the same attitude. Although I scowled and told them that I will pay at the time of check out. My title is just because of this story. Any guest will not like this attitude. My stay in this hotel is terrible only because of this attitude of the Hotel administration. Otherwise this is an excellent Property

Overall good experience. Nice clean spacious room. Staff was very courteous especially Mr Amit.. Even at 2 am , when i reached hotel staff was in full duty mode which resulted in smooth check in. Location of this property is approachable . Anurag Sharma New Delhi..

I recently stayed at Hotel Swarn Towers, Bareilly. The experience exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, beautifully designed, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was also perfect, with easy access to the railway station. Overall, Hotel Swarn Towers provided a perfect blend of comfort and service.
