I had a great stay in the executive room! It was clean, comfortable, and the room service was excellent. Plus, the staff were really supportive and the price was very affordable.

We went to Bareilly for a family function. We stayed in hotel JM vistara. Our experience was good. Not too luxurious but comfortable stay. Check in was smooth. Bathrooms can be improved. I went with my husband. Though we were two people, there was only one towel amongst the two of us. We asked the housekeeping to provide one more towel and it qqs done immediately. Alla in all our experience was good.

Their service is not upto the mark. Eg. Their receptionist are not cooperative and empathic to customer pov. I don't have. It's observation from the verbal communication.

Rooms are not properly cleaned. The room walls are full of damp. The bathroom is stinking all the time.
