房間很大，還有個小院子，出門步行拐彎就是步行街，步行到博物館，散步到舊碼頭看海看日落都方便。在步行街小巷裡，所以不好停車，自駕要和酒店提前約好停車位。

Really enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier.  Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

The room is very good and the location is perfect, close to the bus station and taxi station, and the large supermarket and fried chicken next to it are great! I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel in Heraklion. It also has free red wine and homemade desserts~ The only drawback is that there is no breakfast, but it doesn’t matter because there is so much to eat nearby!

Good location, excellent service and amazing staff. They were very friendly and our room was very clean and tidy. Also it was smelling freshness when we entered the room. Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

A fantastic hotel, just 200 meters from the Cretan Archaeological Museum. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel to Knossos Palace; a round trip costs €5. The room I booked was great, the bathroom was clean, and it had a balcony, but it was a bit noisy at night because it's near the road. Also, it's a bit far from the beach, so the sea view isn't great. There was a kettle and complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was excellent, served per person, and I couldn't finish it all. The coffee was the best I've had at breakfast in years. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Heraklion.

I had a lovely 2 days stay here! The staff was helpful and friendly, room service was excellent too! This was the nicest hotel for a great price! I chose the budget room and will come back again! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Cheers!

The apartment is ground floor in a good spot in Heraklion. It is spacious , clean, and convenient with nice kitchen area, spacious pleasant bedroom and compact but nice shower room. The living area is spacious but the furniture is functional rather than luxury, and includes a simple sofa bed and single bed . The owner is attentive . However, although We were offered clean towels during our week stay they never turned up . Disappointing. . There is no where to hang wet towels other than on the furniture.

The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was a small supermarket in the lobby. In particular, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and gave us handwritten bus routes and bus stop names. The bus stop was not far from the hotel, which was very helpful for us to visit the city (the bus driver did not understand English).

The Hotel Irakion is right in the centre of te Cretan capital. Excellent position to visit all attractions, museum, Lion Square etc or to just wander around taking in the atmosphere. Plenty of restaurants nearby. An open grill opposite the hotel was perfect to get a souvlaki to take back at night and eat it on the balcony with ouzo from the small 24 hour shop opposite hotel. The hotel itself I well run, clean. Has 24 hour reception. The room offered everything needed, hot shower, toiletries, plenty of loo roll towels and a fridge. Comfy large beds. Balcony with table and chairs. They also provided a decent hot and cold buffet to suit almost all tastes. The breakfast sets you up for the day of whatever you're doing next. Enjoy Greece 🇬🇷

The hotel has good rooms with a fantastic breakfast and decent location. We did have one major issue with a school group that ran up and down the halls all night, banging on the doors, screaming and slamming doors. We brought up this issue several times with the hotel staff and nothing was done about it. This ended up costing us a day of exploring the city because we needed to sleep when they finally stopped at 7am. There are other reviews with similar issues so I would be cautious about booking here if you don't want to have similar issues.
