"Hotel location is good, close to the commercial street, to the bus terminal, the port ten minutes walk. But the front desk service level is poor, the professionalism is insufficient, especially the young lady on duty in the afternoon. We booked three rooms for 7 of us. On the first day, each room was given a door card, and each person was required to have a ticket. She repeatedly negotiated many times. She opened the topic and did not respond positively. Another lady at the front desk knew our request and made a few door cards for us. We have two family rooms, arranged the wrong room (different room types), opened the luggage, and repacked the room. We stayed for three days, the refrigerator had two bottles of bottled water (two people's room), and it was not added after cleaning. Negotiating with her, saying that it was the hotel's policy to supply free bottled water for a day, and the tenants would buy it on the first floor in the future. Talking again, she simply ignored her black face! The most outrageous thing was the last day. When we had breakfast in the morning, 3 of us took our luggage to the lobby to check out after dinner and rushed to the pier to take the boat. The men on duty at the front desk did not let their suitcases in and had to be placed outside the door (out of sight at the front desk). The three suitcases after the meal are gone! We hurried to negotiate with the man on duty, who did not know that it might have been loaded to the dock. We ran into the street and a group of people was loading the car to retrieve our luggage. This was the worst service of the four hotels we stayed in during our trip to Greece and the only one we gave a bad review."

"Less than 5 minutes from Heraklion's main street. Located in the center but on a very quiet street. The bathroom is a bit small, but the bedroom is a decent size, and there's a large balcony 👍. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff!"

"We were impressed with the breakfast. We also felt like kings due to the three beds that were provided for my wife and I. She was a big fan of the praline spread but I almost went into a chocolate coma! However this wasn’t the best we’ve ever had; the coffee was bitter."

They are committed to providing high-quality Cretan hospitality. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay and is worth recommending."

"I was tired from traveling, so I chose a centrally located hotel with front desk service, which was acceptable. I booked two nights on Ctrip, but the hotel provided two separate reservations, with different rooms and different rates, requiring separate check-ins. This meant I had to pack and check out after one night, then check in, and then go back to the front desk after 2 PM to get a key card for the other room. I felt that, regardless of the reason, the hotel shouldn't burden the guest with such hassle after promising two nights of service. (Ibis also had this issue: two reservations at different rates, but they didn't allow me to change rooms.) Furthermore, the hotel had an open-air bar downstairs, making it impossible for guests to get some rest before midnight. None of this was what guests wanted."

"Excellent quality hotel with a large and beautiful swimming pool, very comfortable rooms and professional and attentive staff. A true 5* hotel, a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Heraklion. This is not our first stay and we are never disappointed. The price-quality ratio is absolutely correct."
