The second hotel on my French itinerary was very comfortable. It was a 15-minute walk from Colmar station, right in the heart of town's lively area. The front desk service was excellent; they brought my stored luggage to the room in advance, and even escorted me to my room when I got my key – a service rarely seen in many hotels these days. The shower in the bathroom was incredibly comfortable, a welcome relief from fatigue. The toiletries were from Nuxe, and the room even had capsule coffee. It's a pity I only had half a day in Colmar; I really wanted to stay longer.

Simple but welcoming hotel. Well located, next to the central station where there's a small bus that takes tourists, free of charge, all over the historic city. The breakfast is excellent, very well served with great options. The service is wonderful. I liked everything, only the mattress could be a little better, I found it too hard.

Everything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money.

A perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and there is a coffee machine in the room. The front desk has good English and the service is very thoughtful. The only drawback is that because the hotel is very new, their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of accommodation at all. Because the hotel is in the city center, it does not have its own parking space, but there are parking spaces around and on the main street nearby, and the price is very cheap. We just caught up with the olive picking season, and the hotel also thoughtfully arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive orchard and experience picking in person, and arranged their own olive oil tasting picnic in the olive orchard, and then participated in the whole process of making olives picked by themselves in the olive oil extraction workshop. It was my first time to experience olive oil making in my life, which was very memorable. It happened to be the birthday of my companion in the middle, and the hotel also arranged a surprise bouquet and red wine, which was really thoughtful.

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace. The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead. The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own. You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear. Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

Went during the Christmas market event in Colmar was the night before the last day. The accommodation in Colmar area is quite high, so I look for a place to come out a bit. Found this place the cheapest during that time, but the same is the same higher than the normal episode. Accommodation is only suitable for driving. I stayed here during the French heatwave. There's no air conditioning. The room was minimal but clean. Taking the bus from the train station is recommended. It's about a 30-minute walk, but only a few minutes from the bus stop. The old town is about 15 minutes away. There's a water dispenser at the reception, so I was able to drink plenty of water during the hot weather.
