"A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, very close to the Little Venice area of Colmar. It’s important to reserve a parking space for your car before arriving at the hotel. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed as three people and were very comfortable. There is also a free water station next to the lobby elevator, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was good, with a sufficient variety of tasty options.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Colmar."

"I had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience.
The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay."

"Lovely hotel. makes you feel almost like you're staying in one of the traditional Alsatian cottages with the brightly color themes. Although the modern decor is a stark contrast, obviously. Has all the basic amenities, even electric sockets inside the luggage storage lockers incase you arrive earlier than check-in time, etc. Re-heatable meals available round the clock are another great plus. Breakfast is basic but has all the food groups to start your day refreshed. Outside of breakfast, which serves fruit juice, no non-alcoholic beverages are availble for accompanying a late-night meal."

"Fantastic location, easy to find and moments from the motorway. A short walk from the centre of town and Petit Venice with a vast array of bars and restaurants.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking available for a small charge.
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, a very pleasant breakfast with hot and cold options including home made cakes.
All in all a great stay, would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend. 10/10"

"It is at a walking distance. A very beautiful hotel with cleaning, renovated rooms and helpful staff. We made two room reservations for both families. They were both very beautiful. The Gutenberg hotel in Strasbourg was also very beautiful for the Diana group. Thank you."

"Went during the Christmas market event in Colmar was the night before the last day.
The accommodation in Colmar area is quite high, so I look for a place to come out a bit.
Found this place the cheapest during that time, but the same is the same higher than the normal episode.
Accommodation is only suitable for driving. Because it is not on the road
But if driving, it is considered a recommended accommodation. Not far from Colmar.
There is free ginger snacks in the room as well. In the central area there is a microwave oven available. Cleanliness, overall is good. Adequate parking
The only thing is The check-out time is 11 o'clock, but the housekeeper knocked at 9 o'clock, we said that we haven't checked out yet. After a while, knocked again. 10 o'clock, knocked and would open the key card even though I haven't checked out yet.
Until we thought we had misunderstood the time so I took the things down even though I haven't finished dressing well

"The hotel was new, clean, and tidy. Most importantly, the air conditioning was very effective and it was close to the attractions—about a 3-minute walk from the restaurant's side entrance. Thumbs up! 👍🏻 The front desk staff were polite and patient in answering our questions. We were upgraded to an executive floor room free of charge and received a small gift. Breakfast had everything we needed, which was standard."

Simple but welcoming hotel. Well located, next to the central station where there's a small bus that takes tourists, free of charge, all over the historic city. The breakfast is excellent, very well served with great options. The service is wonderful. I liked everything, only the mattress could be a little better, I found it too hard.

滿分酒店！房間寬敞，歐洲很少這麼寬敞的房間的酒店。乾淨整潔，裝修新，漂亮！服務很好！前台服務員很忙，但也照顧的非常周到！面帶微笑讓我們感覺很温暖！對中國人友好！地理位置方便，酒店開車2分鐘左右有一家奧利奇就是Aldi超市，商品食物都很便宜，同樣方向，開車1分鐘有一家中餐：Wok 168，自助餐，菜炒的很好吃，國內味道，有大蝦好吃！很多品種！非常棒！去科爾馬市內開車10分鐘左右。酒店免費停車。性價比很高！推薦！

The hotel is located in the heart of Colmar, at the town's entrance and exit, making it easily accessible. However, parking in the town is extremely difficult. I was incredibly lucky; a car was just leaving its spot, and I immediately pulled in. The hotel itself is a famous Colmar landmark and an antique. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away.

We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

Tahsin ÇınarIt has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new. One of the negative things I can say is that the room especially the floor of it was not warm enough. They didn’t clean and tidy the room and change the tea, coffee bags after each day. This disappoints me very much

Everything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money.
