"We booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station and about a 10-minute walk from Little Venice. When I first arrived, I thought I had booked a room too far from Little Venice! But when I entered the tourist area, I found that it was all cobblestone roads, and it might be troublesome to drag luggage. I was glad that I booked a room near the station, with flat roads, easy to pull luggage, and a flat elevator, so I didn't have to carry luggage... Breakfast is 13 euros per person, I personally think the cost-effectiveness is low, I suggest eating breakfast outside (the price is similar and richer) For solo travelers, this hotel is worth booking, it's very convenient to move alone... You can also rent a car from Avis at the train station and drive to the suburbs, and parking at the hotel entrance is free! Great 👍 As for the room, it's the same as the photo. "This hotel was central in Colmar. It was a lovely hotel with good amenities. We booked it as it had a private car park and we were travelling so needed it to be secure. It was- in an underground car park. This was great except we were charged €20 for this. We expected a small charge but felt that this charge should have been mentioned on the hotel details. We might have chosen a better hotel for this extra amount."

"Staying here for two days is definitely the best choice! Right at the entrance of Little Venice, a very beautiful hotel, decorated in a very French style, romantic and warm, with a very good location. You can see the beautiful scenery of the small bridges and flowing water in Little Venice from the window. During the day, there are many tourists on the bridges, and in the early morning and evening, it is quiet like another world. In the morning, stand by the window with a cup of coffee and enjoy the humid and fresh air of Colmar. In the evening, when the crowds retreat, a glass of Alsace Riesling can sweep away the fatigue of the day! At noon, it is even easier. Downstairs are the two most beautiful restaurants in Colmar. Eating a delicious big elbow with a glass of Burgundy wine in the sun or in the rain can make people feel lazy and soft.• Next to the small square outside is the ”Chinese restaurant” where **, Shu Qi, and Su Youpeng filmed, but now it has been changed to another French restaurant."

It's about a 12-minute walk to Colmar's 'Little Venice'. The hotel lobby takes up very little space, and public areas are limited, but there is a free indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed had already been made up for us upon arrival. I booked two identical balcony rooms, but they were on different floors. Mine was a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the ground floor. This 'balcony' was merely an open space facing the parking lot with no privacy whatsoever. Compared to the other room upstairs, which had a spacious balcony, the value for money was significantly better for that one. The shower in the ground-floor room had no glass partition, only a shower curtain. The curtain easily sticks to you while showering, and if it's not kept entirely within the small tub, the whole bathroom floods. The kitchenette is quite useful; although the induction hob isn't suitable for stir-frying, it's perfectly fine for simple cooking. Pros: Close to the Old Town and quiet, with a kitchenette. Cons: Difficult-to-find parking. The hotel's main entrance is at a street intersection, surrounded by many complex, narrow roads, some of which are restricted. We drove around the hotel three times without finding the parking lot. In the end, a friend had to get the parking code from the front desk and guide us in. The parking is located behind the hotel, but the address on the website is only for the main entrance. Driving to the main entrance doesn't allow for parking, as the parking lot is in a completely different location. If the hotel had provided the exact parking address, we wouldn't have driven in circles. Parking is also quite expensive at 13 euros per day. I booked a balcony room, but the ground-floor one was a 'fake' balcony, offering poor value for the same price. It would be much better if they used flowers or other decorations to screen off the balcony from the parking lot, creating a sense of separation. The shower in the ground-floor room did not match the online photos; there was no glass shower enclosure, unlike the room on the second floor. This makes the ground-floor room seem very poor value."

"The hotel is very unique and the location is very convenient. There is everything when you go out, but parking is so hard! There is no parking lot. It is too difficult to find a parking lot nearby. The room is super small and the bed is so small that you can't turn over. The view outside the window is pretty good."

"The room was small, smaller than expected, but the shower had plenty of hot water. There were no supermarkets nearby, and the location was quite remote, so you had to drive out to buy things. There was no refrigerator, but it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. It's very close to Colmar, just a 10-minute drive away."

"About 10 mins walk from colmar station. Housekeeper is good, they folded our Pyjamas. However, there is a dried pee smell in the toilet area, although it looks clean. Could be the toilet bowl surface or the flooring that is permanently stained."
