In addition to this ideal location, the hotel offers a bar with terrace, as well as a large, free, enclosed private parking lot with electric recharging points. The reception team is available 24 hours a day.All the accommodation comes with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, a flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi access and individual air conditioning. Good to know: the hotel offers 6 connecting rooms, ideal for groups of friends or large families. The hotel is pet friendly, and a supplement applies, and pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.Breakfast is served in the form of a generous buffet, with a variety of seasonal, high-quality products. "Everything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money."

"This is the only three-star hotel in this European self-driving tour. Except for the slightly smaller rooms, it is as good as other four-star hotels in any other aspects, especially the breakfast, which has a wide variety and fully meets the requirements of Chinese and Western food. "On the side of the road, there's a huge plot of land with a parking lot outside the lobby. The two Chinese staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home! There's a Carrefour supermarket in this area, just a 10-minute drive away! My companion said they saw the Statue of Liberty by the roadside—it's the hometown of the Statue of Liberty! The elevators, as always, are very small."

"We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar."

"Hotel staff very friendly and shared us alot of information like where we can go around the town to visit. But the hotel itself it in a much quite area thus the security seem to be not so good.The lift need no key card to get around to any floor so overall the security could still be improve by the htl. We met a homeless guy that follow us into the htl when we choose to ignore him on the way back. Saw the staff speaking to him for awhile not exactly understand what they were talking about but anyway security need to be improved. Other than that the room was OK. With good heater that keep us warm. Location to Colmar strain St was a near 5 to 7 mines walk. Breakfast provided min choices but still a proper meal wz breads, eggs, cheese and free flow teas and coffee throughout the stay."

"The hotel is located in the center of the town. The whole town is a bit historical. It has a fairy tale atmosphere. The building is old. The interior of the hotel has been renovated, but it is difficult to hide some traces of the years. The room is large and the breakfast is quite satisfactory.
One thing is not acceptable, the price is quite expensive, the itinerary has gone to many places, but the price of this place is abnormally expensive, because of the Chinese restaurant?"

DDebraWe loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and we appreciated the complimentary water and the little treats left during turn down service. The hotel is a short walk from the pretty town centre and we loved the spa. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and very high quality food, all served with a smile. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.

During my check-in, when I politely ask for any power adaptor that I can loan, the receptionist was not very willing to look for anything. She told me to come back later and request. A bad first impression on the courtesy from the hotel staff.

GGuest UserLovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am.

JJuzideouzhoujiWe booked two deluxe double rooms. One was acceptable, a standard deluxe room, but the other was very disappointing. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to a different room. Although it was slightly better, it was still far from satisfactory: the sink wouldn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient, and the entire bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. The facilities were completely substandard for a 4-star hotel. It simply wasn't worth the price.

I was incredibly lucky; a car was just leaving its spot, and I immediately pulled in. The hotel itself is a famous Colmar landmark and an antique. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away.

AAnonymous UserA perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and there is a coffee machine in the room. The front desk has good English and the service is very thoughtful. The only drawback is that because the hotel is very new, their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of accommodation at all. Because the hotel is in the city center, it does not have its own parking space, but there are parking spaces around and on the main street nearby, and the price is very cheap. We just caught up with the olive picking season, and the hotel also thoughtfully arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive orchard and experience picking in person, and arranged their own olive oil tasting picnic in the olive orchard, and then participated in the whole process of making olives picked by themselves in the olive oil extraction workshop. It was my first time to experience olive oil making in my life, which was very memorable. It happened to be the birthday of my companion in the middle, and the hotel also arranged a surprise bouquet and red wine, which was really thoughtful.

AArchDragonDo note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

Location: Situated on the edge of Colmar's Old Town, you just cross the street from the hotel and walk straight to reach it. It's about a 12-minute walk to Colmar's 'Little Venice'.
The hotel lobby takes up very little space, and public areas are limited, but there is a free indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed had already been made up for us upon arrival. I booked two identical balcony rooms, but they were on different floors. Mine was a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the ground floor. This 'balcony' was merely an open space facing the parking lot with no privacy whatsoever. Compared to the other room upstairs, which had a spacious balcony, the value for money was significantly better for that one. The shower in the ground-floor room had no glass partition, only a shower curtain. The curtain easily sticks to you while showering, and if it's not kept entirely within the small tub, the whole bathroom floods. The kitchenette is quite useful; although the induction hob isn't suitable for stir-frying, it's perfectly fine for simple cooking.
Pros: Close to the Old Town and quiet, with a kitchenette.
Cons: Difficult-to-find parking. The hotel's main entrance is at a street intersection, surrounded by many complex, narrow roads, some of which are restricted. We drove around the hotel three times without finding the parking lot. In the end, a friend had to get the parking code from the front desk and guide us in. The parking is located behind the hotel, but the address on the website is only for the main entrance. Driving to the main entrance doesn't allow for parking, as the parking lot is in a completely different location. If the hotel had provided the exact parking address, we wouldn't have driven in circles. Parking is also quite expensive at 13 euros per day. I booked a balcony room, but the ground-floor one was a 'fake' balcony, offering poor value for the same price. It would be much better if they used flowers or other decorations to screen off the balcony from the parking lot, creating a sense of separation. The shower in the ground-floor room did not match the online photos; there was no glass shower enclosure, unlike the room on the second floor. This makes the ground-floor room seem very poor value.
