We stayed here right before Christmas holiday. The hotel is excellent value for money for high season. It’s slightly outside of the old town centre, but offers slightly bigger room, free parking and easy drive to town. There are also a lot of shops nearby for groceries or other shopping. The room offers all of the essentials, in addition with coffee machine, kettle and free bottles of water. We opted out for breakfast, so won’t comment on this.

Leo-BBThe hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the train station. Because Colmar has a lot of steps, it is very inconvenient to drag the luggage. The hotel is very good, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, and after taking the check-in, we also led us to the room, it felt great.

Guest UserEverything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money.

The hotel was new, clean, and tidy. Most importantly, the air conditioning was very effective and it was close to the attractions—about a 3-minute walk from the restaurant's side entrance. Thumbs up! 👍🏻 The front desk staff were polite and patient in answering our questions. We were upgraded to an executive floor room free of charge and received a small gift. Breakfast had everything we needed, which was standard.

The hotel is located in the center of the town. The whole town is a bit historical. It has a fairy tale atmosphere. The building is old. The interior of the hotel has been renovated, but it is difficult to hide some traces of the years. The room is large and the breakfast is quite satisfactory.
One thing is not acceptable, the price is quite expensive, the itinerary has gone to many places, but the price of this place is abnormally expensive, because of the Chinese restaurant?

DANMEIJust in the small town of Colmar, all the buildings here are fairy tales to me. The hotel can see that it is very thoughtful, the style is designer, and the room is simple and Nordic, and it is comfortable for one person. Just a few steps is the most lively little Venice. After walking through Colmar in a day, you will feel unfulfilled!

It's very stylish and has excellent access to the center of Colmar's old town. The hostel has an elevator so you can carry large luggage with ease, and the reception staff are very kind, but the best thing about it is that you can stay in such a stylish hostel for this price.

#Praise# Satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom, staff attitude, bathroom, adjacent store; We booked a quadruple room for two big and two small, and we checked in at the front desk of the hotel and smiled politely to make up the difference for one person. The husband also smiled politely to the end. Later, he didn't make up a penny. The room was not big, but the bed was very comfortable to sleep. After a whole day, I slept in this bed. It was very relieved. The shower and toilet are separate and very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is still a distance from the old town of Colmar. It is very convenient to drive here. After all, Colmar is enough to play for a day. If there is no car, it is not recommended to live here.

Anonymous UserThe air conditioner is not cooling. At 2 pm when I check in, I asked to change the room. The reception staff said that they were fully booked.
The front desk said that even if the air conditioner is set at 16 degrees, the minimum can be 24 degrees, the body feeling is completely above 26 degrees, and the window can be sleeping at night, and the sound of motorcycle blasting the street outside is scared at 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock.
I have lived in no less than 100 hotels and have never had this experience.
The front desk staff has a good service attitude, breakfast is Home made and not bad
