The second hotel on my French itinerary was very comfortable. It was a 15-minute walk from Colmar station, right in the heart of town's lively area. The front desk service was excellent; they brought my stored luggage to the room in advance, and even escorted me to my room when I got my key – a service rarely seen in many hotels these days. The shower in the bathroom was incredibly comfortable, a welcome relief from fatigue. The toiletries were from Nuxe, and the room even had capsule coffee. It's a pity I only had half a day in Colmar; I really wanted to stay longer.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the train station. Because Colmar has a lot of steps, it is very inconvenient to drag the luggage. The hotel is very good, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, and after taking the check-in, we also led us to the room, it felt great.

The hotel is located in the heart of Colmar, at the town's entrance and exit, making it easily accessible. However, parking in the town is extremely difficult. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away.

Everything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money.

Because the hotel is in the city center, it does not have its own parking space, but there are parking spaces around and on the main street nearby, and the price is very cheap. We just caught up with the olive picking season, and the hotel also thoughtfully arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive orchard and experience picking in person, and arranged their own olive oil tasting picnic in the olive orchard, and then participated in the whole process of making olives picked by themselves in the olive oil extraction workshop. It was my first time to experience olive oil making in my life, which was very memorable. It happened to be the birthday of my companion in the middle, and the hotel also arranged a surprise bouquet and red wine, which was really thoughtful.

The service is very good and the staff are very friendly. Although the room is not big, it is clean and warm, especially the bathroom, which is very clean and very comfortable. In short, a great experience, would recommend it! ! !

Just in the small town of Colmar, all the buildings here are fairy tales to me. I stayed here during the French heatwave. There's no air conditioning. The room was minimal but clean. Taking the bus from the train station is recommended. It's about a 30-minute walk, but only a few minutes from the bus stop. The old town is about 15 minutes away.
