GGuest UserIt was good but not allowing food in the rooms was a strange thing, they had overpriced food.
The check-in process was strange, I showed them the confirmation in English from trip.com, but they took forever to find it, stating that they didn't list their hotel on trip.com

It is basically unavailable in the room. It is recommended to buy a mobile phone card locally. The advantage of this hotel is that it can be picked up at the airport. You can call when you arrive. It is recommended to wait for them at the gate 4 of the airport. It may be more convenient. The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, and there are more desserts. Another advantage is that you can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The taste is not bad. I ordered lamb chops, grilled chicken, steak, etc., see the picture. There are many service staff in the hotel, and they work in shifts. When you order food, there will be a fat waiter in the restaurant occasionally. He may be a small leader. GGuest UserI loved Hotel Hydra. The purpose of my visit was to see my granddaughter and daughter in law.
The room was spacious and well appointed.
Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind.
If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.
