"My money was stolen 5 minutes after I checked in. I went downstairs from the room to ask for the WiFi password, and the service staff seamlessly entered the room without permission. When I went upstairs, I told the front desk that my money was stolen, and then checked the surveillance. It took 4 hours for the boss to come. After he came, he said he would give a satisfactory answer. 3 days have passed and there is still no movement. It is obviously a habitual offender. The surveillance is there, but they still make excuses. The police do nothing. If such a hotel can still be on the platform, then they are accomplices. I have complained for a day, but it is still not closed."

"The staff was AMAZING, they are the reason that our stay here was so wonderful, From Amina at the front desk to the young men at the bar (billie, & I believe Ellei, sorry if I got those names wrong). the cleaning ladies were beyond great at their job and kept our rooms spotless. The restaurant staff made us feel welcomed everyday with a smile on their faces Finally the maintenance man was so helpful getting the TV and AC to work. All in all the staff there made this a 5 star hotel in my mind. Location was no so walkable but but safe and friendly neighors "

"Cheap hotel. But very far from everything. The smell in the rooms is strange... the sheets and towels are old and dirty. If you have luggage, good luck because without an elevator, no one will help you carry your bags up the narrow stairs. Cockroaches in the bathroom!!! The breakfast is limited and disgusting. The remote control is broken, so no TV... The room is large, the only positive point. Very disappointed. The reception was at least good, even without help with luggage."
