"Hello, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their kindness, their professionalism, their understanding, in particular the responder and the manager himself. It was stated that pets are allowed although this is not the case. Despite everything, the people in charge allowed me to keep my animal otherwise I would be on the street after more than 5 hours of driving. Thank you to Trip.com for kindly correcting the information transmitted to the hotel so that other customers do not experience unpleasant situations as could have been the case for me if the staff had not had this humanist background and understanding. J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel hier et je tiens vraiment à partager mon expérience. L’hôtel était super propre. Ma chambre était impeccable, les lits étaient parfaitement faits et la salle de bain était également très propre. L’eau chaude était délicieuse et très agréable. Comme c’était le Ramadan, je suis arrivée à l’hôtel vers 19h. Je jeûnais avec mes enfants et l’hôtel a eu la grande gentillesse de garder notre repas pour nous. La table était soigneusement dressée et toute la nourriture nous attendait. Même le buffet des desserts était déjà prêt et ils n’ont rien débarrassé. Tout était là, prêt pour nous. C’était vraiment un geste très attentionné. Le personnel est super, super gentil. Ils sont accueillants, attentionnés et toujours prêts à aider. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas extrêmement varié, mais il est largement suffisant pour le sahur pendant le Ramadan. Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement.

No kettle or tea in room ( you've to pay ! Even 3 star has this basic service) No tissue in room No water in toilet (it's completely western style) No Qibla direction No prayer mat Usually in everywhere someone asks if we need help with luggage , here you go and take care of yourself 😆 They have different systems for naming each level , so it's like ABCD... floor before starting 1-8 , it's confusing Very weak internet connection Good and buf balcony Beautiful scenery from balcony Room is big enough for couple

Je suis arrivé à minuit l’a cueille était très bien et j’étais fatigué j’ai monté à la chambre pour dormir la chambre était très propre, je me suis endormi directement, et le lendemain matin je suis allé à mon rendez-vous et j’ai laissé mes valises à l’hôtel et quand je suis revenu à l’hôtel, j’ai repris mes valises pour partir, mais j’avais pas le temps de rester manger dommage j’ai pas goûté leurs nourriture c’était le ramadan, et j’étais pressé de rentrer chez moi,je le recommande vivement 👍🫡

I used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance. There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us. Other services were fine. For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.

I loved Hotel Hydra. The purpose of my visit was to see my granddaughter and daughter in law. The room was spacious and well appointed. Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind. If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.

20 minutes walk from the Shopping mall ”Bab Ezzouar”, 8 mins drive from the airport (which is why we went there). We had two rooms, one with a working aircon, the other did not work. I would say this is a two star hotel experience, but the price reflected this, so I am not complaining. The staff members were nice.

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement. Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable. En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
