GGuest UserHotel is located the near by arena O2. This is not in downtown. 100 meters from hotel is bus, tram and underground station. It’s meant very easy mass transport to downtown. Interior of hotel is functional design, restaurant is part of 1st floor. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are a very good, inclusive equipment.

The décor was not only beautiful but also created a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made my stay feel special.

The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the exceptionally hospitable staff. The receptionist went above and beyond, sharing valuable insights into the best places to visit and dine in Prague. His recommendations about crowded areas and hidden gems were invaluable, especially for a first-time visitor.
Amenities:
I was delighted by the comfort of the bed and the overall quality of the room. It was spacious and well-appointed, allowing me to truly feel like I was living in a castle. Looking out my window, I was greeted by a lovely garden, which provided a peaceful and relaxing view.
Additional Perks:
One of the standout aspects of my stay was the graciousness of the staff. Even after checking out, I was allowed to store my luggage at no cost, making my departure hassle-free. They offered me extra time to pack my things, which I greatly appreciated.

MM.AshalWe had a great stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the rooms were very well cleaned every day, which really stood out.
Food and drinks at the hotel are a bit more expensive compared to prices in the city, but the convenience and wide selection make it worthwhile, especially after a long day. The elevators are fast, so staying on a higher floor is no issue at all.
The room was spacious, with large comfortable beds and a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. If you stay higher up, the views are open and very enjoyable. The spa located at the top of the building is a highlight, and having access to Thai massage on site is a big plus.
There is also a gym with modern equipment. It is not very large, but more than enough to stay active during a trip.
Parking is plentiful at the hotel and included, which is a big advantage. There is also a metro station right outside the hotel, making it very easy and quick to get into the city center.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a high-quality hotel with great comfort, service, and facilities. I would happily stay here again.

LL...T...There was one big problem at the hotel, it was almost always smelling food (frying fish or anything else) even in the rooms.
If you are planning to stay at this hotel, never take the rooms above kitchen, take rooms at higher floors. Ours was 205, and cooking odors were filling into our room straight from the kitchen to our bathroom and then the room itself beginning from 05:00 AM. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and couldn't have rest, though beds were quite good.
You will not feel comfortable sitting at the reception or at the bar as well, as there is that disgusting kitchen odors all around almost all the day.
One more thing we did not like as well, the deposit of €100 upon check-in, though we made all the payment beforehand. We have checked out for two days already, and this €100 has not been refunded yet.
The staff is very helpful and professional.

Most importantly, the breakfast was excellent, especially the soft and fragrant croissants. GGuest UserOverall, very convenient and comfortable hotel to stay for short time. Breakfast is great, good amenities if you want to use the gym and laundry. The only thing we noticed that housekeeping only gave fresh towels and emptied bins. It did not look like they cleaned or made the beds. Not sure if you have to request this at reception as there was no sign to put on door to make up the room either. On the other hand the staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us early check in and late checkout, which allowed us to freshen up before travels. For short time stay, this is a good choice.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

PPTRTerraThe room is particularly clean, the facilities are complete, the room size is right, the hotel environment is very good, there is a fountain at the door, there are many cherry trees in the small park not far away, unattended, there are bars, billiard halls, swimming pools, restaurants, etc., parking lot is also quite good. Traffic needs to walk a few hundred meters to the main road to have trams, buses.
