"The triple room was surprisingly spacious, and the skylight made it incredibly bright. There was a tour group staying during my visit, which suggests it's a good value for money. Definitely recommend it."

"Overall, the hotel is quite good. I like that it is completely new and modern. However, there are some downsides. As they say, a classic situation in the Czech Republic: people want to run a million-dollar business but don’t want to invest in it. The room was really missing some basic things — a mini fridge and a kettle. No drinking water is provided either. The blankets are quite small; at the very least they could avoid saving money on something as basic as blankets. Another strange moment: this is still a hotel, so during breakfast guests should not be asked to clear the table and take away their own dishes. This is not a cafeteria or McDonald’s — please don’t forget that. A big downside is also the breakfast itself: they don’t even cook basic eggs. All the eggs are simply hard-boiled. On the positive side, the staff is Ukrainian. The girls are very polite, professional, and the service is excellent — which is not surprising for Ukraine"

"My colleagues and I stayed 6 nights at this hotel, and we don't have anything to complain about. The location is great, a bit away from the pricey historic area, but the metro is just a few minutes walk and the main places are just 2, 3 stations away. The room is spacious, and we have water, tea and coffee supply every day. Although the building is a bit old, there are a lot of power outlets in the room."

Beautiful and modern hotel. Excellent location, easy and quick access to the city center. Our room was amazing, had everything we needed. We went to the Ice Skating World Championships, O2 Arena is 50 meters away! Everything was great, we would like to come back to Prague and this hotel.

This was the best hotel of my entire Europe trip! The facilities were top-notch, super clean, and tastefully designed. I loved how well the space was utilized and the thoughtful details in the room. The service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was great. I genuinely enjoyed my stay! The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transport and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend! I rarely write reviews, but this hotel really gave me some hope for good value accommodations in Europe.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very well located, just turn a corner and you will reach the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock. Just downstairs you will have shops open late for food, souvenirs etc. If getting a car to drop you off, it is a few minutes walk down the road to a zebra crossing. Upon check in, we were delighted and surprised to find the hotel had left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate almonds as we told them we just got married and were on our honeymoon. Hotel staff was pretty friendly and they kindly let us store our luggage at no additional cost before our bus when we checked out. The breakfast was okay but we felt it was a little overpriced. There is a bar attached to the hotel called Fat Cat but the food and drinks were quite expensive so we never dined there. The room itself was a bit dark but satisfactory. Beware of the wooden beams if you are tall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, really easy to get around, with the metro and trams just a short walk away. A couple of things to be aware of: you have to pay extra for basics like towels and shower gel, and you’ll need to buy your own padlock for the storage drawers under the beds. They sell the padlocks too so you can get from them if you didn’t come with one. Breakfast was simple but did the job. There’s also a small minimart on site, which is super handy if you need something when other shops are closed.

The hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

Room was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom. There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door. Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel. No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags. Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature. Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum. Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold. Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.

The breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

The room is very clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and a suitable size. The hotel environment is very good. There is a fountain at the door. There are many cherry trees full of fruits in the small park not far away. There are bars, billiard halls, swimming pools, restaurants, etc. The parking lot is also quite good. For transportation, you need to walk a few hundred meters to the main road where there are trams and buses.
