"We stayed during a European heatwave where Prague reached 37 degrees Celsius, and we were so comfortable thanks to the air conditioning! I loved that we could leave the AC on even when we took out the room key and went out. The room was very pleasant, and the bathroom was really clean! The reception staff were always present, so any questions we had were resolved immediately! The location is also great, about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, making it excellent value for money. I'm very satisfied and would likely stay here again if I visit Prague in the future :)"

"This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms. The downside is the 'square with an open center' layout, which meant our room was incredibly far from the elevator – it felt like a five-minute walk just to get there from our door. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern. When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk. I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good. However, the hotel slippers were terrible; they were so flimsy they tore after just one day. They felt incredibly cheap and completely out of line with the Hilton brand. Overall, the hotel feels very solid and reliable, with excellent basic amenities. It's grand and a good choice for a trip."

"Sservice was good, but there's no ”noisy people in the hallway” category. A couple and I guess their friends had an adjacent room and would be in the hallway talking and laughing on both days, but didn't go on too late so it was tolerable. The hotel staff were nice and professional. The room is a bit old, but not in a bad way. It's clean."

"Seriously, this place was awesome! The room was great, clean, and comfy, just what I needed after a long day. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The amenities were good, the only fault was the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were always with a lot of people. "The room was a bit small, but very clean. The water pressure was a bit weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking lot was extremely narrow, which made parking a bit stressful. The location was great for exploring the old town, and the front desk staff were very friendly."

"Average Experience The hotel is located in a newly renovated building, which means the facilities and equipment are fresh and modern. This is definitely a strong advantage. On the other hand, the location is not ideal. Žižkov is not the most attractive part of Prague, and this affects the overall atmosphere of the stay. Another drawback is the breakfast – it is very basic, repetitive, and does not offer much variety from day to day. Overall, it was an average experience."

"The hotel is located somewhat secluded on a quiet side street. Check-in was friendly and quick. The rooms are spread over five floors, most of which are quicker to reach via the stairs than the extremely slow elevator. The somewhat small room was comfortably furnished, but the mattress was sagging. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, but hot water was inconsistent throughout the day. Breakfast was served in a small room on the lowest floor daily from 7:30 a.m. and was not outstanding."

"We paid a little extra for the suite and did not regret it. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the old town (photo). The bathroom was lovely. The bed was super comfy, amenities were good although the coffee and tea didn’t get topped up. We had to get maintenance up on the first evening as the thermostat was very high and would not go downs he couldn’t fix it so we slept with the windows open but it was okay as the area was quite quiet. Staff were friendly. Would highly recommend."

"the hotel is very clean and well furbished! the place also provided coffee capsules with nescafe coffee machine. very impressed by this service apartment! we had a small terrace outside our room as well, and the location is also good- walking distance from the metro/bus stops. able to hear the train at times, but it’s not a problem for deep sleepers :) overall an enjoyable stay, would definitely come back!"

AAnonymous UserHad a great experience! The price was reasonable, and the location was super convenient with a supermarket nearby. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to the Old Town. Highly recommend for both business trips and leisure travel. If I ever visit Prague again, I'd definitely stay here.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very well located, just turn a corner and you will reach the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock. Just downstairs you will have shops open late for food, souvenirs etc. If getting a car to drop you off, it is a few minutes walk down the road to a zebra crossing. Upon check in, we were delighted and surprised to find the hotel had left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate almonds as we told them we just got married and were on our honeymoon. Hotel staff was pretty friendly and they kindly let us store our luggage at no additional cost before our bus when we checked out. The breakfast was okay but we felt it was a little overpriced. There is a bar attached to the hotel called Fat Cat but the food and drinks were quite expensive so we never dined there. The room itself was a bit dark but satisfactory. Beware of the wooden beams if you are tall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserThe room was really nice, with decent layout and a studio concept, with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, room amenities were great. There were 2 main problems though 1. The code seemed to take a while to activate, so it did not necessarily work at 3pm on the dot, 2. The room was either really dry or slightly dusty as my partner and I started to get stuffy noses and general breathing issues after just a nap in the room, which was slightly disappointing as we really loved the room:(

RrymahabibThe hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

PPetr PohlRoom was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom. There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door. Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel. No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags. Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature. Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum. Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold. Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

PPTRTerraThe room is very clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and a suitable size. The hotel environment is very good. There is a fountain at the door. There are many cherry trees full of fruits in the small park not far away. There are bars, billiard halls, swimming pools, restaurants, etc. The parking lot is also quite good. For transportation, you need to walk a few hundred meters to the main road where there are trams and buses.
