"Excellent hotel, has everything you need, clean and cozy rooms. The rooms on the top floor have skylights and you can't see anything out. I asked if there was an option with a window and they changed my room with a free upgrade! The location is great."

"This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms. The downside is the 'square with an open center' layout, which meant our room was incredibly far from the elevator – it felt like a five-minute walk just to get there from our door. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern. When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk. I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good. However, the hotel slippers were terrible; they were so flimsy they tore after just one day. They felt incredibly cheap and completely out of line with the Hilton brand. Overall, the hotel feels very solid and reliable, with excellent basic amenities. It's grand and a good choice for a trip."

"Sservice was good, but there's no ”noisy people in the hallway” category. A couple and I guess their friends had an adjacent room and would be in the hallway talking and laughing on both days, but didn't go on too late so it was tolerable. The hotel staff were nice and professional. The room is a bit old, but not in a bad way. It's clean."

The evening: Italian dinner a little cheap but worth the coup On the location we are only 5 minutes walk from bus and tram stops for the old town and visits I recommend a 100% and we will come back !!"

"Overall, it was good. I expected a warmer welcome by the receptions. Like they promised to let us know when the room is ready but they did not care to let us know. we were waiting for a very long time while the room was already ready. On the other hand, the bathroom in the morning and pickhours struggles to provide a stable warm water. it becomes extremely hot or cold. But in the other times it is smooth and fine. The breakfast is extremely good and provides many options. It is very close to the metro which is a plus. Overall, I am happy with my stay."

"The hotel was very comfortable and offered great value for money. The overall atmosphere was elegant. Plus, its central location in Prague's Old Town Square made it incredibly convenient to get around. I'll definitely stay here again next time! And a special shout-out to the breakfast – it was delicious!"

"Everything was fantastic except the shower! Theres a bath woth shower, however, the shower doesnt hang up like a normal shower but rather lower down where pne has to sit in the bath tub to have a normal shower. The water temperature is not consistent and keep going from cold to very hot.... Apart from that, room was really nice, clean and spacious. Staff were great too"

"This is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk. The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter). Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here."
