"The hotel overall is really good! Good location, friendly staff, luggage service, beautiful lobby! One interesting thing is that, I had a two people room for one night, and a four people room for two nights, turned out that the two people room is much bigger than the four people room. But still everything thing is fine and comfortable! Highly recommended."

"I throughly enjoyed my stay here. It had a cost and homely feel. It started with a friendly check in experience. The two ladies were apologetic about the fact that the lift had malfunctioned and as I was staying 5 nights across a weekend (when not likely to get fixed quickly) they were rearranging the room to put me on a lower floor. The room had 3 bunk beds of wooden construction, enclosed on three sides with curtains. Inside the mattress was narrower than the platform, though the upside meant there was a ‘shelf’ the full length of bed on to which I could put many items (drinks, clothes, handbags etc). Hooks inside and outside the bed space. Individual lights and two power sockets. It feels very roomy , like your own living space. The room had shelving, under bed drawers big enough for carry on luggage (own padlock needed), table and chairs. Showers and toilets are in the corridor, my first thought that there was not enough but I never needed to wait as they were occupied. Hairdryer at sink. Kept clean. Each bed is provided with a small hand towel: I thought this was a great idea as it was sufficient to dry off and saved heavy use of my travel towel. Front entrance, corridors and rooms accessed by key card access. It felt like a safe place. I made frequent use of the self catering kitchen that was clean, modern and well equipped. There were plenty of storage boxes provided. There is a common area in front of reception. Beer and food available. Reliable WiFi. Location was very good. 10 min walk from the train station and drop off place of FlixBus. Vegan restaurant 10min walk. 5 min walk to Wenceslas square which has many shops and Christmas market food stalls. 10-15min walk to old town square with the astronomical clock and main Christmas market. With how busy the old town Centre is I am so glad to not be staying right in/next to it. I went to performances at the national theatre and Dvorak Hall and after evening performances felt safe walking back to the hostel. It is very easy to get around by walking or tram. If I go back to Prague, this is where I will stay."

"Getting to the hotel from the main train station wasn't as straightforward as the website suggested... but a €30 taxi ride got us there in the end. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – a really positive first impression! Our room was exceptionally quiet, spacious, practical, and thanks to the air conditioning, perfectly temperate without any drafts. We were overwhelmed by the breakfast spread: very rich, nicely presented, and with good coffee. However, the dining area was far too cold for our liking and had music playing that was too loud and unpleasant. In the evenings, the bar staff were wonderfully attentive and served us with a friendly and cheerful demeanor. We also had dinner at the hotel one night: the food was delicious, and the wine was served at the perfect temperature. To top it all off, we even received a complimentary BECHEROVKA – wonderful! By the way, once you figure out the public transport system, the hotel's connections are excellent!"

"Fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, right in Prague's Old Town, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the major attractions. Even though it's an Ibis, the quality far exceeded my expectations. The room was compact but clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and thorough housekeeping. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and professional, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Prague!"

"the location of the hotel is perfect as it is located at the city center just 20minute walk from centraö train station and nearby tourist areas. Being hungry would be not a problem since a lot of stores, restaurants and even bars were available nearby. Staffs were friendly and nice. The room is bigger than i imagined and very clean. Therefore this hotel for me is very recommendable and i would definetly stay here again everytime i will visit Pragu"

"The location is good. Although it's not right in the city center, the tram makes it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was very hot during my stay, and I had trouble sleeping on the first night. Still, I’m happy to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff were exceptional. Aiza was especially professional, patient, and genuinely kind—she is the main reason I decided to leave a 5-star review. Kanan and Dima were also very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Prague, and next time I'll make sure to try the restaurant Aiza recommended nearby! And I wish her all the best in her future!🍀💐😊"

"The Belvedere hotel is in a fantastic location, with the tram passing right in front and the stop just a minute's walk away. The rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are polite and answer all questions. It was a lovely stay for the whole family, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Our only minor issue, which isn't really a flaw, was not bringing slippers as the hotel didn't provide them, but otherwise, we had no problems. Thank you to the Belvedere hotel and its staff."

"This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms. The downside is the 'square with an open center' layout, which meant our room was incredibly far from the elevator – it felt like a five-minute walk just to get there from our door. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern. When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk. I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good. However, the hotel slippers were terrible; they were so flimsy they tore after just one day. They felt incredibly cheap and completely out of line with the Hilton brand. Overall, the hotel feels very solid and reliable, with excellent basic amenities. It's grand and a good choice for a trip."
