We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good.
The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok.
The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties.
Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

TTimetravelerzAbsolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!

GGuest UserFantastic! This 3-star hotel truly delivers a 5-star experience. The owner is incredibly warm and kind, personally overseeing everything with thoughtful service. The hotel isn't far from the scenic area, just about a ten-minute walk, but they still offer free shuttle service to the scenic area's ticket center or the bus station. The rooms are clean, new, and equipped with smart technology. The restaurant downstairs also provides excellent service.
Here’s a little anecdote: My wife and I stayed for two nights. On the first night, we had a hot pot for ¥138 at the restaurant. Vegetables were unlimited, but there was a large plate of chicken we couldn't finish. My wife and I both dislike wasting food, so we asked if we could save half for the next evening. On the second night, after enjoying our meal at the restaurant, the owner only charged us ¥25 for the vegetables when we went to pay. We felt a bit awkward, thinking it wasn't right to only pay for ingredients and that service charges should also be included. However, the owner absolutely refused to take more. In the end, we left ¥50 in cash, which meant we essentially paid a ¥25 service fee. So, we ended up having a very inexpensive dinner. The owner of this hotel is a truly genuine person, and we were so touched that we felt we should share this little incident with everyone.

KKuaisimanxiangdetuziThe hotel is not far from the scenic area, less than a kilometer away, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the attractions at any time, which is a big plus! 👍 The breakfast was also good. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. As we were leaving, the security guard at the gate even gave us two bottles of water, which was a really thoughtful and personal touch.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and well-equipped, and there's a small courtyard where you can relax. The driver was also very thoughtful, always picking us up and dropping us off in a business car. Thumbs up to Driver Xiao Chen! 👍 The express lane is very close to the scenic spot's large waterfall, and the hotel also has a dedicated viewing platform for it. When taking the sightseeing bus back, make sure to go to the Great Waterfall and avoid the return shuttle, as the return route goes to Beer Town and the ticket center, which is very far from the hotel. We were rushing to get to the popular cave coffee shop on our way back, so make sure to allow plenty of time because the Tianxing Bridge route is quite long and traffic can be heavy on the way back. We mistakenly took the return shuttle to the stone archway, which was far from the hotel. Luckily, Driver Xiao Chen drove our luggage down for us, saving us some time.

GGuest UserTraveling to Huangguoshu Waterfall, I highly recommend staying at the Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, nestled by mountains and water, and is clean and tidy overall. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick, and they even thoughtfully recommended sightseeing routes. Breakfast offers a rich variety and good taste, and transportation is convenient. It's incredibly good value for money, and the overall experience was fantastic.

GGuest UserThe room was absolutely amazing! The bed was very comfortable, and the room had no unpleasant odors. The owner even upgraded our room for free. They were very considerate, especially since we had elderly relatives. They also recommended good restaurants and local specialties. The breakfast was also quite good! The bed was huge (I couldn't capture it in the photo), the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the whole room was smart home technology – very thoughtful! A must-try! 👍 I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

EEatPrayTravelWe stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park.
However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem.
One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.

The amenities are impeccable—the high-end bathrooms are incredibly comfortable, and the smart toilet, combined with the smart technology throughout the home, makes for a convenient and sophisticated stay. They even provide everything, like disposable towels and a Dyson hair dryer, so you don't have to worry about anything. It's truly rare to find such amenities near a scenic area, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the renovations.
The location is also fantastic, just about 1 kilometer from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient. I have to give a special shout-out to the beautiful owner, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even drove us there and back. The food she recommended was absolutely delicious! Not only that, she also enthusiastically recommended hotels in Anshun—how thoughtful! Overall, this was an absolutely perfect stay, highly recommended!

GGuest UserOverall, a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. They also responded promptly to any questions I had. The location is convenient, close to transportation and dining options, and the hotel even has its own restaurant. The cleanliness was excellent, with a full set of toiletries provided and stable hot water. The environment was quiet, allowing for a really good night's rest. While the facilities aren't overly luxurious, they are sufficient and practical, making it great value for money. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone.
