"Facilities: The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and of good quality. I especially want to commend the room key system – you can download an app on your phone and use Bluetooth to unlock the door, and your room number is also visible on the app. Another great feature is the TV; you can cast from any phone without any extra charges. The hotel also boasts a KTV, chess and card rooms, electric vehicle slow-charging stations, a coffee shop, a cocktail bar, a kids' playground, and a restaurant (with private rooms), making it very well-equipped. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless, meeting five-star hotel standards. The linens and other soft furnishings were excellent. However, if you plan to use the outdoor bathtub, I'd recommend asking for it to be disinfected, as it is outdoors. Environment: It's very close to the entrance of the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area. The view from the hotel, though, is a bit underwhelming, but it's not a major issue. There's a large lawn with a small children's playground, perfect for families. Rooms facing the road can be noisy due to passing trucks, so light sleepers might want to avoid those. Since it was off-season, the hotel offered us a room upgrade, which was a very thoughtful touch. Service: When we first arrived, we hadn't booked a room and wanted to see the rooms first. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kindly showed us around. They didn't show any displeasure when we mentioned we wanted to compare with other hotels. When we decided to check in, the front desk attendant came out from behind the counter to assist us. Our luggage was carried all the way to our room. During check-out in the morning, the cleaning staff we encountered were all smiling and responsive. The management is excellent, and the training is clearly very thorough."

"This hotel opened last year, and the rooms are really spacious, just like in the pictures. We had a mountain view room with fully smart amenities, which was super comfortable and quiet! The breakfast was fantastic, with freshly made rice noodles, eggs, siu mai, buns, purple sweet potato, milk, and more. The service was excellent; they even drove us to the ticket center station. "This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, with a VIP entrance right inside, offering express access to the scenic area. You can enter the park as early as 7:00 AM directly from the hotel. If you're planning to visit Shuiliandong (Water Curtain Cave), I highly recommend taking the walking path. It's a direct route and takes only about half an hour to reach the cave. After exploring Shuiliandong, cross the suspension bridge, then turn right to the viewing platform for some photos of the waterfall's front face. This route gives you a direct, immersive experience, truly bringing to life Xu Xiake's description: 'Pearl curtains unrolled, a silk ribbon draped across distant peaks.' The closer you get to the waterfall, especially Shuiliandong and the front viewing area, the heavier the mist becomes. I suggest wearing a raincoat and using a waterproof phone pouch. This way, you can take photos without getting soaked. The entire trek takes about an hour and a half. Afterwards, you can buy an escalator ticket to head back to the hotel for breakfast. Turning right immediately outside the hotel leads you to a fantastic 'god's-eye view' photo spot, and the sightseeing bus stop isn't far either. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend staying here when visiting Huangguoshu."

"This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room had a calming, traditional design. The beds were so comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation to the Huangguoshu gate for us. The breakfast was delicious, with a combination of buffet and freshly prepared Chinese food options. For a western breakfast, you can also put together some coffee, toast, eggs, sausages, and fruit from the selection. This hotel was five minutes by car from the main park gate and a street with many food options."

"The hotel is not far from the scenic area, less than a kilometer away, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the attractions at any time, which is a big plus! 👍 The breakfast was also good. "Fantastic! This 3-star hotel truly delivers a 5-star experience. The owner is incredibly warm and kind, personally overseeing everything with thoughtful service. The hotel isn't far from the scenic area, just about a ten-minute walk, but they still offer free shuttle service to the scenic area's ticket center or the bus station. The rooms are clean, new, and equipped with smart technology. The restaurant downstairs also provides excellent service. Here’s a little anecdote: My wife and I stayed for two nights. On the first night, we had a hot pot for ¥138 at the restaurant. Vegetables were unlimited, but there was a large plate of chicken we couldn't finish. My wife and I both dislike wasting food, so we asked if we could save half for the next evening. On the second night, after enjoying our meal at the restaurant, the owner only charged us ¥25 for the vegetables when we went to pay. We felt a bit awkward, thinking it wasn't right to only pay for ingredients and that service charges should also be included. However, the owner absolutely refused to take more. In the end, we left ¥50 in cash, which meant we essentially paid a ¥25 service fee. So, we ended up having a very inexpensive dinner. The owner of this hotel is a truly genuine person, and we were so touched that we felt we should share this little incident with everyone."
