It's incredibly close to Huangguoshu Scenic Area, just a 5-minute taxi ride, making getting around super convenient. Upon arrival, they thoughtfully upgraded our room for free. The room was comfortable, and the view was excellent. Traveling with kids means more needs, and the hotel staff were incredibly responsive to every request, providing bed rails and footstools, which made our family stay very reassuring. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with dishes adjusted daily, and the taste was spot on. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Huangguoshu!"

"This hotel is not far from Huangguoshu Scenic Area. The overall facilities are well-maintained, and the service attitude is good. The dedicated concierge was responsive. The breakfast was simple but filling. However, the shuttle service was a bit lacking. Since the hotel usually only has one vehicle for round trips between the hotel, the scenic area, and station transfers, the shuttle duties are quite heavy. Therefore, it's even more crucial to arrange the transfer order logically, especially for station drop-offs. On the morning of my second day, I had a reservation for Shuilian Cave from 8 am to 10 am, so I pre-booked the shuttle to the scenic area. But when I went down to get in the car, the front desk told me there were guests who needed to be dropped off at the station, and asked me to wait a moment, which I agreed to. On the morning of the third day, I had to catch a 10 am bus to Xijiang, so I specifically booked the shuttle for 8:20 am the night before. The concierge also confirmed my reservation. At 8:10 am on the third day, I contacted the front desk, and they replied that the driver was currently dropping off guests and would call me when he returned. At 8:15 am, we went downstairs early. The front desk then told me that there was a family ahead of me who hadn't booked but wanted to go to the scenic area, and because they were waiting earlier than me, I would have to wait. I informed them that I had booked the 8:20 am shuttle last night. The front desk acknowledged this but said they couldn't turn away guests who showed up. At this point, the problem was already evident. The hotel's website clearly states that shuttle service requires a two-hour advance reservation. Given this, shouldn't booked reservations be prioritized? The front desk then said that our two families could fit in one car and asked if we could go together, which I agreed to. However, because we were going in different directions, the other family clearly had no intention of letting us ride with them. The driver actually returned past 8:40 am. As soon as the car arrived, that family immediately rushed in and took the front seats. We had luggage, and the elderly person had difficulty walking, so it was impossible for us. The driver knew we were in a hurry to get to the station and tried to negotiate with them to let him drop us off first, but they refused to get out. At this point, the manager came out. After understanding the situation, he found another driver who finally took us to the station. He dropped us off at the Huangguoshu Tourist Center, and we arrived at the station around 9:50 am. We rushed over anxiously, only to be told we needed to go to another station to catch the bus. All this rushing left the elderly person exhausted. I had originally planned to arrive almost two hours early precisely because the elderly person had difficulty walking and I needed to factor in luggage and security checks, but I almost missed my bus due to the shuttle issue. I have two suggestions: 1. Since your website clearly states that shuttle service requires a two-hour advance reservation, this rule must be followed. You can prioritize booked guests and then have unbooked guests wait in line for the next available shuttle. 2. The front desk should allocate reservation times reasonably based on the round-trip duration of the vehicle, instead of telling guests the car is still en route when their reservation time arrives."

We met him when our child was playing in the pool, and he gave us many great tips on how to explore the Big Waterfall and other fun and tasty spots nearby. We followed his advice: in the morning, we went to Tianxingqiao, then did the 'Little Yellow Duck' rafting. Around 4 PM, we visited the Big Waterfall and walked through the Water Curtain Cave. At the exit, we tried Gongding tea. Because rafting took up some time, we had to skip Doupotang, saving it for a night tour next time. Finally, at Visitor Center No. 2, we used our package ticket for the 'Fly Over Huangguoshu' experience. It was a perfect day, and we're very grateful for the suggestions!"

"This is one of the larger chain hotels located near Huangguoshu Waterfall. **Location:** It's about 1.5km from the Tourist Center. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the Tourist Center every hour on the hour; you can book in advance at the front desk. The hotel is situated on a large uphill slope, with no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. You'll need to eat at the Tourist Center before returning to the hotel. **Breakfast:** It's decent, nothing special. Seating can be very tight when tour groups are present. We had a sour soup hotpot for dinner one night; it was expensive compared to local prices, and the taste was just average. **Pros:** The rooms are quite spacious, the mattress is very comfortable, and the hygiene is good. **Cons:** The hotel does not differentiate between smoking and non-smoking floors. There was a lingering cigarette smell in our room, and for several consecutive nights, there was a smoke smell in the hallway that seeped into our room through the door crack. The trash cans near the elevators always had cigarette butts, which I was very dissatisfied with. There's a lapse in management and a lack of attention to managing smokers; they just tolerate it, using the excuse that they cannot interfere with guests smoking in their rooms. There was noise from vehicles on the street audible in the room, and the air conditioning units and water pumps on the roof of a nearby annex building were also noisy. Additionally, there's a fire station nearby, so you'll hear morning exercises and shouting slogans early in the morning."

Because you want to enter the scenic spot early, the boss sent us to the ticket hall at 6 o'clock in the morning. Let's talk about the strategy of visiting Huangguoshu. It is recommended to stay here for two nights and play about 1:30. The scenic spot is divided into steep slope ponds, waterfalls, and Tianxing Bridge from the near and far. It is recommended that the first morning of the scenic spot opens the door and jumps over the steep slope pond and goes straight to the waterfall. After playing in the waterfall for about two hours, take a sightseeing bus to the Tianxing Bridge. After playing the first half of the Tianxing Bridge, if you don't have to queue up and the physical strength is OK, you can go on the second half. If you are tired or there are many people, it is recommended to go directly out of the scenic spot and return to the homestay to rest, and leave the second half of the Tianxingdong until the next morning. On the first day, wait until about 4 pm, you can enter the scenic spot again, and then go to the steep pond slope. At this time, there are not many people. After playing for an hour, don’t rush back at the exit of the steep pond slope. You can go to the opposite road and go to the Great Falls Full Landscape Observation Deck. After watching, you can end the first day of the trip. The next morning, it is recommended to open the door at 6:30 and go straight to the second half of the Tianxing Bridge. After arriving at the Tianxing Bridge, you can ask the staff how to go directly to the second half, and you can skip the first half. The second half of Tianxing Bridge must be gone. I personally feel that the most spectacular waterfall in the whole scenic spot is the Silver Chain Falls. The most worth seeing waterfall must be gone. "It was my first time staying at Jianglu and I was deeply impressed. First of all, the environment is unique and full of wildness, but the facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, study, Zen room, tea room, coffee bar, laundry room, and many experience activities, such as wax dyeing, boiling tea around the stove, making local specialties, feeding rabbits... In addition, the restaurant service is excellent, the breakfast variety is rich, and the beef rice noodles are so delicious! The prices for ordering food in the store are also very affordable. The most important thing is the meticulous service. There are multiple varieties of fruits, drinks, good night desserts, late night porridge and milk every day, and every staff member is super friendly. It is truly a secluded outdoor paradise. Even though I stayed there for three nights, I still couldn’t bear to leave."

When I called for a pen and paper, they agreed but never sent it. If I pushed, they became impatient and showed their annoyance. Room service was incredibly slow. There was even an opened bottle of water in the room. When I called the front desk, they told me to go downstairs and buy it myself, refusing to deliver. At night, the air conditioning was extremely loud; if I didn't turn it on, it was stuffy, but if I did, it was deafening. Opening the window meant noise from passing cars. In short, the stay at this hotel was extremely poor! The breakfast selection was mediocre with not much to eat, and items weren't refilled promptly. Dishes were cleared slowly, and the dining area wasn't tidied regularly. If you're solely looking for proximity to the scenic area and a clean room, you might manage for one night. But if you value attentive service and quick responses, I don't recommend this place. Other guesthouses in the area offer better service at the same price. Moreover, the price is higher than surrounding hotels, making it very poor value for money!"
