During our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

It’s a newly opened hotel. The facilities are very good. The computer network speed is also very fast. The boss’s service is also very enthusiastic. Small problems are solved quickly. I will stay here next time on a business trip.

On-duty staffs at the check-in were wonderful service. Welcoming me upon getting off the taxi and provided such a warm hotel introduction even though using mobile translation. Bringing me with my luggage up to my room where this seems to be disappeared from current standard of service for many hotels. Room was nice (5th fl) with openable window where outside cooled wind can make the room freshly even though the street sounds might come together. The guess room corridor on that floor can give me a notice of kind of strange smell but not in the room. Good experience here.

We just stayed one night while on transit in Yuncheng, hotel is new, clean and modern. Hotel room is big and bed is super comfortable, only thing was the main air con switch hasn't been turned on when we stayed so there wasn't any cold air coming from the air con. Room was stuffy and warm but the lady manager, Ms Ren did everything she could to ensure our stay was comfortable stay. She even bought us ice creams! The airport pick up and drop off service was excellent ! Thank you Ms Ren!

The farm stay experience was top-notch! It's located right by the Yellow River with amazing views. The weather was perfect on the day we stayed, with the warm winter sun giving us a lovely sense of relaxation. The room also had the air conditioning turned on before we arrived, and the butler service was incredibly patient. We're planning to come back again in the summer.

New construction, clean room, nice windows and the one that opens opens perfectly, decent bathroom space, spacious room, very nice staff, cool and various room lighting options, nice bed, keep your shoes on, room has no carpet no rugs, has been quiet during my stay, seconds walking distance to bus stop- (#14 bus to HSR station),; ”Lanzhou Beef Ramen” is a wonderful family restaurant around the corner on the LEFT- as you exit the hotel just-pass the pharmacy and the bank. I ate there all 4 nights of my stay- delicious beef and potatoes dish, fried rice, cucumber salad, scrambled eggs and tomatoes etc. Beautiful area.
