During our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is newly opened. The room is relatively large, clean and fresh. The mattress, pillow and quilt are very comfortable. The electric curtains and large projector are great. The bath water is very good. The girl at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce Yuncheng's food and attractions. The free airport pick-up service was also great.

The quality of the whole season is as stable as ever! Simple atmosphere design, clean and comfortable rooms, people are very relaxed as soon as they come in. The front desk is professional and efficient, the service is intimate, the family room is spacious, the layout is reasonable, and the two big and one small live super comfortable! The bedding is soft, clean and hygienic, the children like it very much, the whole family is satisfied ～

The breakfast was plentiful, the best of the entire trip, and better than other comparable brands. The late-night snacks were also good, and the service was excellent. However, it's located in the old town, and there's not much to see or do around. The parking lot is a bit small, and it gets quite inconvenient during holidays when it gets crowded.

Overall, the hotel is excellent. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was neat and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and bright. However, the bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the cleaning lady for another roll, but she said she didn't have any. I found that quite odd. Additionally, the front desk told me there would be eight bottles of water in the room, but there were actually only two in the room and two in the fridge. Given the hot weather, that wasn't nearly enough for me. My husband also asked the cleaning lady for toilet paper, and she also said she didn't have any. In the end, we had to buy a pack of tissues outside, which was very inconvenient. We were already tired and just wanted to rest. During our trip to Yuncheng, we saw the loess hills, which were beautiful for us southerners.

The hotel is located in the center of Xinyi Old Town. The location is very, very good. From here, you can see all the ancient Jianlongxing Temple, Zhangzhou Department, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Lelou, Chenghuang Temple, Sanguan Temple, and Confucian Temple. There are many restaurants with local characteristics around. We ate Shanxi hot pot in Huolala, and we waited for more than an hour to eat 😂. There is a dedicated parking lot in the backyard of the hotel. Free parking is too powerful, the service is very thoughtful, clean and tidy. The only downside is that the equipment is a bit old.

Facilities: The facilities are old, really old, and the items inside, including the blankets, clearly have a very heavy sense of age. Environment: Convenient for eating, convenient for getting skewers, convenient for breakfast. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally okay...I guess?

The room is clean and tidy, just in the city center. There are downtown hospitals and TV stations, sports parks and squares nearby, and there is a food street next to it. Very cool 😁😁 (This meat clip is highly recommended. Xuanteng's big white clip is two layers of meat)
