"When traveling to Yuncheng, the Guandi Temple in Xiezhou is undoubtedly the top destination. If you're staying in the city, it's a bit of a distance to the temple. This time, we opted for the Ji Hotel right next to the Guandi Temple, just a 5-minute walk from its main entrance. The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations; the room even had a small living area and a balcony tea room. Right next to the hotel is the Old Yuncheng Restaurant, where we got to try the legendary Yellow River carp. The hotel breakfast was decent too. All in all, this is a highly recommended hotel by a scenic spot with great value for money."

"Traveling to Yuncheng with my elderly parents, this hotel offered excellent value for money. The welcome fruit, snacks, and mini-fridge beverages were replenished daily and were all complimentary. There was even a list in the room of items you could borrow. The hairdryer was definitely a hit for those with long hair. The hotel proactively contacted me beforehand to inquire about room preferences and helped arrange rooms on the same floor. The front desk service was also spot on. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant for three consecutive nights, and my parents were very satisfied. My only suggestion would be that if Yuncheng ever becomes a smoke-free city, it would be great if the hotel could have a few completely smoke-free rooms equipped with smoke detectors and sprinkler systems."

"It is hard to understand how a hotel can have so many problems in two nights, power outage at 10pm + changing four rooms + excavator downstairs at 11pm + crazy knocking on the door while I was sleeping soundly and listening to the male supervisor apologize 1The air conditioner in the first room was a bit noisy, so I changed to the second room 2 The hotel lost power at around 10pm that night and it was completely dark. There was no emergency lighting and no one notified what had happened. 3. I woke up the next morning and found that there was no cover on the bathroom window. The whole room was bright and I couldn't sleep at all. 4 I changed to a third room because I hired a car and was not in the hotel for a day. I left my luggage in the room and left. When I came back and opened the door, the room smelled like a public toilet. 5 changed to the fourth room…The excavator started working downstairs at around 11 o'clock. I'm impressed... I've never seen a large machine working in a city center at 11pm. I was going to change the fifth room, but after a while, the quarrel between other communities and excavators ended. 6I thought the disaster would be over after I checked out the next day. Who would have thought that a male supervisor would knock on my door frantically at around nine in the morning to apologize to me when I was fast asleep. No one paid any attention to him and he kept knocking on the door. What kind of new type of boss is this? ? No matter whether the customer is resting or not, as long as you want to apologize, it doesn’t matter what time it is? ? Is it polite for a man to knock on a woman's door frantically, either at night or in the morning? ? Three stars because the general manager finally came to apologize and refunded the room fee, but the first thing he said to me was that there was construction going on next door to the hotel. Construction next door to the hotel is the least of your problems. I don't know how the employees report the situation. The hotel staff was very nice throughout the whole process and actively changed rooms, but there was no apology or compensation. We changed four rooms but no one offered to help us upgrade the room or anything like that. When I was about to change to the fifth room and I was already very dissatisfied, they said they would give me a fruit plate so that I would not give a bad review... After knowing that I would definitely describe the room truthfully, they knocked on the door frantically early in the morning... What an incredible way to handle the problem."

"The location is quite convenient, just next to the street, opposite the Yuncheng Catholic Church, very close to the Salt Lake and Chi Temple. The room was clean and the space was not small, but the bathroom layout was not reasonable and it looked very narrow. In addition, the facilities were old. There is no view outside the window, and the overall layout of the house is a bit crowded. It is worth mentioning that there were some episodes during this stay, but the front desk solved the problem very well. I would like to thank the duty manager Joe Manager on the night of the stay! It is very close to Yuncheng Airport and Yuncheng North Station. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi and the traffic is very convenient. The room was booked in the Xinyue Superior King Room, the whole is a modern and simple style, and the color is comfortable. The room is spacious and the bathroom is separated. The quality of the bed is online, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the room is double-glazed, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the quality of sleep for two consecutive nights is very good. I booked this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is newly opened. The room is relatively large, clean and fresh. The mattress, pillow and quilt are very comfortable. The electric curtains and large projector are great. The bath water is very good. The girl at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce Yuncheng's food and attractions. The free airport pick-up service was also great.

I've stayed at several Atour hotels, and I have to complain about this one. 1. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot is located in a narrow alley next to the main entrance. The alley is already narrow, and with food carts on both sides and people selling food from electric scooters parked in front of them, it's even narrower. Although it's relatively short, it's really difficult to drive through. 2. Because our car is quite wide, we specifically selected parking when booking, but when we arrived at the hotel around 8:10 PM, we found out the parking lot was full. No one had called to inform us beforehand. 3. The front desk staff seemed listless and unhelpful. 4. After arriving at the hotel, I got out of the car to ask the front desk for parking directions. They gave me directions, and we drove through the alley to the parking lot entrance. Suddenly, an older man appeared and said there were no spaces left, telling us to back out and park on the steps by the hotel entrance. Although it's short, it's really difficult to back up. The problem is, didn't the front desk staff know the parking lot was full? 5. Checking in, having looked at the map, the hotel was about 2-3 kilometers from the edge of the salt flat, so I casually asked, ”Can you see the salt flat from this building?” The receptionist: ”The salt flat is just one lake.” I…couldn't help but retort, ”If it's not one lake, then it's two lakes?” The receptionist: ”The salt flat is just one body of water.” I…speechless. ”Just tell me, is it yes or no?” The receptionist: ”No.” Judging from her tone and expression, I guessed she was afraid I wouldn't stay if she knew it wasn't possible. Even if she was afraid, even if the salt flat really is just one body of water and not much to see, you can't use that tone to belittle your hometown or work city. You're supposed to be a tourism industry professional, right? 6. After parking, I was worried. What if there were other cars parked behind us? How would we get out tomorrow? My family confidently said, ”Don't worry, the hotel will definitely handle it.” The next morning, sure enough, our car was stuck in the middle. One end was blocked in front of the hotel, and the other end was a small white car parked diagonally, leaving insufficient space. I said it was quite early, and if the car belonged to a guest, they might still be asleep. The hotel probably wouldn't dare knock on the door, and they probably wouldn't know which room the car belonged to. My family blindly trusted the hotel and told the front desk we were going upstairs to pack our things and were leaving, so they should move the car quickly. And sure enough… they didn't move it. They told us to drive out through a small opening in the middle. That opening was… and next to it were two of the same model cars as ours, oh dear… two relatively wide cars. Even if they were wide, they were still standard-compliant cars, not trucks. Were we here to practice our driving skills? You're a hotel! Didn't you think about the possibility that both cars were relatively wide before telling us to park like that? Didn't you think that each car would leave at a different time? Overall, the hotel is excellent. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was neat and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and bright. However, the bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the cleaning lady for another roll, but she said she didn't have any. I found that quite odd. Additionally, the front desk told me there would be eight bottles of water in the room, but there were actually only two in the room and two in the fridge. Given the hot weather, that wasn't nearly enough for me. My husband also asked the cleaning lady for toilet paper, and she also said she didn't have any. In the end, we had to buy a pack of tissues outside, which was very inconvenient. We were already tired and just wanted to rest. During our trip to Yuncheng, we saw the loess hills, which were beautiful for us southerners.

The room is clean and tidy, just in the city center. There are downtown hospitals and TV stations, sports parks and squares nearby, and there is a food street next to it. Very cool 😁😁 (This meat clip is highly recommended. Xuanteng's big white clip is two layers of meat)
