When I checked in, I chose the best apartment that was just renovated. As a result, the floor drain did not leak. Every time I took a bath, there was 4 cm of water under my feet, which was very uncomfortable and nobody cared about it.

住了4天，每天給前台至少説了3次打掃房間衞生，從來沒有打掃過最後一晚上實在太生氣，給前台又打電話，值班經理上來給換的床單被罩！雖然咱們酒店在醫院跟前，但是打掃衞生這個問題不能讓客户一而再再而三的反覆給咱們酒店説，更何況在醫院跟前更應該注重衞生！！！

房間反鎖不了，讓前台換個房間一大堆理由，不是你説服了我，而是我懶得和你説話，酒店還是好好培訓一下工作人員吧。房間有問題是硬傷，總會有人計較有人不計較，我個人最在意這個問題，人出門在外不得不上心，給個差評吧，挺煩的。
