The lobby is elegant and inviting, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom amenities are complete, with plenty of hot water, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and the room service is prompt and friendly. The breakfast offers a rich variety, fresh and delicious. Overall, it offers superb value for money. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a comfortable environment and thoughtful service.

The service was excellent; seeing that we were two adults and two children, the staff proactively offered to add a tatami bed for us. The location is fantastic, right by Binjiang Avenue. In the evenings, a stroll along the river is lovely with the cool breeze and beautiful scenery. Just across the way is the Yiling Yangtze River Bridge, which you can walk across to get a panoramic view of both banks – majestic mountains on the south side and a bustling cityscape on the north. It’s only a few minutes' walk from the Wanda Tourist Center, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The local snacks nearby are also affordable. There's a free underground parking lot. After a Yangtze River cruise ending in Yichang, I couldn't make it back to Shanghai in time, so I decided to stay a night in Yichang. After comparing options on Ctrip, I chose the Westin Hotel. The hotel is located next to the urban-rural area, is tall, and built by the river. The staff provided excellent service; they thoughtfully upgraded us to a river view room upon check-in. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the river view room directly face the Yangtze River, offering beautiful scenery. A special thank you to Nancy! The hotel facilities are great, and the room amenities are complete, relatively new, and very clean. There's also an executive lounge on the top floor (51st floor). Downstairs, there's a greenway and a park, allowing for direct walks along the river.

Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying. The hotel boasts a simple yet elegant design, with clean and well-maintained public areas, showcasing attention to detail. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation and was well-stocked with amenities. Staff member 6014 was particularly warm and courteous, making the check-in process efficient and quick, and always responsive to my needs. The location is superb, offering convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. It's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, attentive, and excellent. The location is also very good. We found this hotel online while planning our trip, and it's great for food – there are lots of snacks and late-night food options nearby. The environment is decent. There's a large bar counter in the lobby on the first floor with sofas behind it, perfect for relaxing.

This is a budget hotel conveniently located near the pier. The owner is really friendly and can help you book tickets for the Two Gorges and One Gorge tour, which is about 20 CNY cheaper than buying online. It's roughly a 1km walk to the pier to catch the boat, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, making it quite convenient.

The room is good, the location is excellent, and the price is good. The front desk is a bit unprofessional, the ladies are listless and expressionless, and all the sundries are piled up in a conspicuous place at the front desk, which looks a bit like a county guesthouse...

It was my first time to experience tent accommodation. My daughter liked it very much. The hair dryers were all Dyson and the mattresses were heated. They were very considerate. The air on the mountain was really good! Suggestion: The noodles could be bigger☺️!
