GGuest UserMore like a resort than hotel. Huge private property really easy to get into and parking outside or underground. Outdoor restaurants, beautiful pool, several restaurants on the premises. Professional, welcoming, staff go out of their way to help with anything. Room super spacious and clean as a whistle. I stayed two nights earlier at Holiday Inn and it was an absolute filthy dump. The Clarion was Five out of Five in every category and just about the same price as the Holiday Inn. Don’t even need to think about it - Clarion for sure

Last year, my best friend and I stayed at the Heyue Hotel when we visited Xichang, and we loved it. So this year, my husband and I chose Heyue again. The rooms at Heyue are elegant and cozy. I especially liked the rooms with courtyards, where we could quietly enjoy tea and conversation in the afternoon. The breakfast was fantastic—a wide variety of delicious options; I wanted to try everything, but my stomach couldn't hold it all. Also, Heyue has very spacious public areas. Besides the front and back gardens and the central courtyard garden, there's a large tea room where you can read. They gave us a souvenir when we left, and thoughtfully provided bottled water for our journey. I'll definitely stay at Heyue again next time I'm in Xichang.

SSKR and famBest service ever! And so serene and gorgeous. The hotel is truly an oasis. Nestled on the edge of a little village. Roosters woke me in the morning. Beds were comfy. They even had Japanese techs toilets. Highly recommend for any ages! Families very welcome there.

Starting from the registration at the front desk, the staff member Xiao Tang was very enthusiastic, checked in quickly, and also introduced the hotel facilities attentively. When we have questions or consultations, they respond quickly and give very practical suggestions, which immediately brings them closer to customers.
When you walk into the room, the first thing you feel is cleanliness. The beds were made neatly, the supplies were in order, and there was no peculiar smell. The room is warmly decorated and the lighting is just the right brightness, making people relax instantly. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was just the right hardness, the quilt was fluffy and soft, and I had a great sleep all night.
The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including bread, eggs, fruits and hot porridge. The taste is also good, meeting the needs of different people. The restaurant environment is clean and tidy, the waiters clean up the tables in a timely manner, and the dining experience is particularly good.
Taking all aspects into consideration, this hotel is extremely cost-effective. The price is reasonable, but the service and facilities are far beyond expectations. I will choose this place next time I travel!

MMimixiaoI am very satisfied with the hotel service. The staff here are like caring friends, making people feel warm and comfortable. When I first arrived at the hotel, I dragged my heavy luggage, and the concierge brother immediately came forward to help, with a sincere and enthusiastic smile. When checking in, the front desk staff was quick and efficient, and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding travel guides in detail, such as when is the best time to go to Qionghai to watch the sunrise, where the snacks are the most authentic, and especially considerate. During the stay, the aunt who cleaned the room every day was also very careful. Not only did she clean the room, but she also put welcome fruits and Liangshan snow. Breakfast adds a lot to this trip, with rich variety and authentic taste. The restaurant environment is very good, bright and clean, and you can see the garden view outside the window. There are all kinds of staple foods for breakfast, including steamed buns, steamed buns, noodles, and rice noodles. My favorite is the local rice noodles, with rich soup, rich ingredients, and a little local pepper, which tastes amazing. There are also various side dishes, fruits, and drinks, which are fresh and delicious. The staff will replenish the food in time and take away the empty plates, and the whole dining process is very comfortable. The hotel I chose for my visit to Xichang was a complete success. I am very satisfied with it and will consider choosing this hotel next time I come to Xichang!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center and is convenient for travel. There is a Walmart opposite the hotel and Times Square next to it, making shopping convenient. The service attitude of the girls at the front desk is very good, especially Xiao Wu. I will continue to choose Smart Selection next time I visit Xichang. Xichang Li Xiaochang is not bad, but there are too many people.

AAylasoulThis was my second night at this hotel. Lovely stay. Please read my initial review for proper feedback of the property. Great communication from the owner. Having booked the second night separately the code was changed and I was not informed, so I couldn’t get back inside smoothly, but on contacting the owner, I received an immediate response with a new code which is great. Being an international traveller, a few days ago I did not have a mobile number here which means this could have been a concern for me as I would have been unable to contact the owner on the go and did not know the code would be changed to ask in advance. I’m sure the owner upon reading this will consider this and improve it for future guests that book last minute like me :) All great and I would stay again :)
