Good location, close to Dashiban Village, parking lot, convenient to drive to various attractions, garden design is very good, small bridges and flowing water, good environment. The front desk lady upgraded the room type, the suite is very comfortable, the room is big enough, there is a balcony, dry and wet separation, especially the rocking chair, very comfortable. The toiletries are disposable. We both drink tea and put more water for us. There are 2 sinks, which are convenient to use. Breakfast is ok. The only downside is the smart toilet, which is noisy. I asked the front desk, that's it, okay, I can bear it. The toilet paper is good. Overall good.

I booked this hotel because I was drawn to the ambiance, and it definitely delivered. The environment is truly exceptional, with charming bridges, flowing water, and flowers everywhere, creating a very tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are decorated in a solid wood style, high-quality, clean, and tidy, without any extravagant decorations – very comfortable. The bathroom fixtures are all top-tier brands, and I particularly loved their negative ion hairdryer. If you're particular about hair washing and drying, you absolutely must try it. Highly recommended! The surrounding area also has convenient food and drink options, and we enjoyed cycling around the lake (Qionghai) – the weather was perfect. Plus, taking photos by Qionghai Lake is truly stunning. Overall, Xichang is a city I'm quite fond of. I'll definitely be visiting often~

I came to Xichang for a marathon and booked this hotel in advance. The location is excellent, right behind Wanda Plaza. Within 500 meters, there are all sorts of great restaurants. In the evenings, you can also walk to Tangyuan for a stroll. The hotel is about 2 kilometers from the marathon starting line, so walking there in the morning served as a good warm-up. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. When they heard I was running the marathon, they were especially enthusiastic. The hotel even prepared breakfast for us participants ahead of time. The rooms are spacious, facilities are quite new, and the decor is good. It's clean and hygienic, no issues there. There's a smart TV and a smart toilet. On the eighth floor, there's a well-equipped laundry room and gym, both of which I used. What's a bit quirky is that the lobby for Datang and the Ji Hotel are combined. You can't tell from the outside; you have to walk through the Ji Hotel's lobby to find it.

When we have questions or consultations, they respond quickly and give very practical suggestions, which immediately brings them closer to customers. When you walk into the room, the first thing you feel is cleanliness. The beds were made neatly, the supplies were in order, and there was no peculiar smell. The room is warmly decorated and the lighting is just the right brightness, making people relax instantly. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was just the right hardness, the quilt was fluffy and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including bread, eggs, fruits and hot porridge. The taste is also good, meeting the needs of different people. The restaurant environment is clean and tidy, the waiters clean up the tables in a timely manner, and the dining experience is particularly good. Taking all aspects into consideration, this hotel is extremely cost-effective. The price is reasonable, but the service and facilities are far beyond expectations. Perfect for those traveling by plane. Clean and sanitary. Very close to the Xichang North Expressway Interchange. Nearby is Anning Town, which has everything you'd expect. Perfect for those passing through and wanting to avoid the city's traffic.

My grandson declared before his school even broke up that he wanted to go on a trip with his grandparents during the summer holiday. To fulfill his request, we thought long and hard and decided on a relaxing few days in Xichang, which boasts the lakeside Qionghai and Lushan Mountain, a pleasant climate that's warm in winter and cool in summer, and even a Space City experience that kids love… I compared two hotels on Trip.com that were closest to Qionghai Lake (Qionghai Hotel and Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel), both old five-star establishments. After careful consideration, I booked a main building lake-view twin room at Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel for four nights and five days (July 3rd to 7th). After school finished, my grandson, my wife, and I traveled from Chengdu East to Xichang West by high-speed train, a 3.5-hour journey. We picked up the rental car my son booked on Trip.com and drove to Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel by Qionghai Lake, beginning our 5-day trip to Xichang… We stayed at the Park Hyatt for 5 days and 4 nights and also visited Qionghai Hotel. Firstly, I much preferred the ambiance of the Park Hyatt Hotel. Although Qionghai Hotel has a larger area and lovely greenery, and even peacocks roaming the grounds, its location closer to the city center makes it a bit more bustling compared to the tranquil atmosphere of the Park Hyatt. The water quality of Qionghai Lake in general is also inferior to the section by the Park Hyatt. The coastline here is more pristine and natural, with lush trees swaying in the breeze. Strolling through the woods and along the sandy beach, playing in the shallow water, taking a nap, jogging or cycling on the path, and swimming in the pool – it’s all much more enjoyable! Secondly, while Qionghai Hotel's architecture is indeed stylish and grand, I personally prefer the Southeast Asian style of the Park Hyatt Hotel, which is tucked away in the woods by Qionghai Bay, intermittently revealing a seaside vibe around the lake… No more rambling, let's get to the practical points: First, although the hotel has been open for over a decade, the architecture and facilities are well-maintained. The room facilities don't look old at all, and the Southeast Asian-style ceiling fan is convenient and comfortable to use. Second, the service attitude and cleanliness are thorough and responsible. Third, the breakfast is rich, healthy, and hygienic. Fourth, the pool water is clean. Overall, staying at the Park Hyatt Hotel with my grandson for 5 days and 4 nights was a good experience, and I discussed the few minor issues with the front desk.
