Guest UserFantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store.
The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer.
The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily.
There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light).
Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

Guest UserThis trip to Xichang became more wonderful because of staying in this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, with a reasonable layout, every corner was clean and tidy, and when the lights were turned on, it was bright and warm. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, checked in quickly, and introduced the surrounding area attentively. Free pick-up and drop-off service between the high-speed rail station and the airport makes travel stress-free. If you are tired from playing at night, there is free midnight snack to warm your stomach. The intelligent decoration adds a lot of convenience and fun, it’s amazing!

Guest User(Since the two days were booked in two separate orders, I'm just copying the review from the previous day.) Last year, my best friend and I stayed at the Heyue Hotel when we visited Xichang, and we loved it. So this year, my husband and I chose Heyue again. The rooms at Heyue are elegant and cozy. I especially liked the rooms with courtyards, where we could quietly enjoy tea and conversation in the afternoon. The breakfast was fantastic—a wide variety of delicious options; I wanted to try everything, but my stomach couldn't hold it all. Also, Heyue has very spacious public areas. Besides the front and back gardens and the central courtyard garden, there's a large tea room where you can read. They gave us a souvenir when we left, and thoughtfully provided bottled water for our journey. I'll definitely stay at Heyue again next time I'm in Xichang.

Guest UserBecause I have to catch the morning flight, I chose the best hotel near the airport - Sichuan Airlines Golden Panda Hotel. The hotel is Building 2 of Sichuan Airlines Office Area. The environment is quiet, the management is standardized, simple and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are good, the buffet is clean and hygienic, and it is the quality of the canteen of the big company. The hotel is opposite the Xichang terminal, across the road. In the morning, because of the rain, I also made an appointment for a civil aviation car to the entrance of the terminal, which was too convenient to take the flight.

More like a resort than hotel. Huge private property really easy to get into and parking outside or underground. Outdoor restaurants, beautiful pool, several restaurants on the premises. Professional, welcoming, staff go out of their way to help with anything. Room super spacious and clean as a whistle. I stayed two nights earlier at Holiday Inn and it was an absolute filthy dump. The Clarion was Five out of Five in every category and just about the same price as the Holiday Inn. Don’t even need to think about it - Clarion for sure

Guest UserThis hotel experience is great! Starting from the registration at the front desk, the staff member Xiao Tang was very enthusiastic, checked in quickly, and also introduced the hotel facilities attentively. When we have questions or consultations, they respond quickly and give very practical suggestions, which immediately brings them closer to customers.
When you walk into the room, the first thing you feel is cleanliness. The beds were made neatly, the supplies were in order, and there was no peculiar smell. The room is warmly decorated and the lighting is just the right brightness, making people relax instantly. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was just the right hardness, the quilt was fluffy and soft, and I had a great sleep all night.
The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including bread, eggs, fruits and hot porridge. The taste is also good, meeting the needs of different people. The restaurant environment is clean and tidy, the waiters clean up the tables in a timely manner, and the dining experience is particularly good.
Taking all aspects into consideration, this hotel is extremely cost-effective. The price is reasonable, but the service and facilities are far beyond expectations. I will choose this place next time I travel!

Came here for a weekend getaway with my family, hoping to see the seagulls at Qionghai Lake. I randomly picked this hotel online because it seemed very close to all the attractions. I called ahead to let the front desk know my arrival time, and they even added me on WeChat to send me recommendations for local tours and food – that was really great, haha, very thoughtful! The service was excellent. When we checked in, the room was surprisingly spacious and well-lit, and the cleanliness was top-notch, super satisfied. The winter scenery in Xichang is also stunning, and sunbathing during the day was incredibly comfortable. If I ever get the chance to visit Xichang again, I'll definitely choose this hotel, hahaha.

ChengdufengyuI searched for resort hotels in Xichang on Ctrip, and it came down to a choice between the top two, so I picked this one. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; if you don't have a car, you'll mostly rely on taxis. They do have fast and slow chargers, which is great for electric car owners! It's right next to Yinlin Beach, and you can reach Qionghai Lake by walking through the hotel lobby. The rooms and cleanliness are good, but the soundproofing is poor!
I brought my family this time and booked three rooms for two nights. On the last day, my elderly parents were too tired, so we requested a late checkout until 2 PM, which the front desk agreed to. Many thanks for that!
As a relatively expensive resort hotel, I do have a few suggestions. The front desk staff are excellent, but their uniforms are quite old and should be replaced – it detracts from the hotel's image!
There's no bellhop service, which is very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage or those with mobility issues! There are only two or three staff members that guests typically interact with, so certain services should not be skimped on! The dust on the front desk counter and computer screens was so thick you could write in it. The cleaning staff could take some time to address this, as it's an area guests see. Another unacceptable point is that all the seating in the public areas outside the lobby requires a fee. They should at least offer it for free to in-house guests! After all, it's a resort hotel, not a budget hotel, and it made my elderly parents feel they could only rest in their rooms.
Due to the hotel's somewhat remote location, food delivery usually takes over an hour. The hotel does have a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a barbecue bar, which is convenient, though a bit pricey, as expected. I'd recommend eating out before returning to the hotel to rest!
The hotel breakfast is average, possibly because there aren't many guests on weekdays. I wonder how it will be during the upcoming long holiday.

Guest UserSo cozy! Right by Qionghai Lake, at the foot of Lushan Mountain. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xichang. You can cook your own meals for just 10 yuan per use, and the microwave and washing machine are free to use. There's also a pool table and a drying platform.
