GGuest UserI rarely choose a homestay. Although I know that many homestays are very distinctive, I prefer the management method and standards of the hotel. This time I go to Dongbixuan to have a homestay to choose from, but these two homestays have broken our stereotypes of the homestay and are very satisfied, especially the wind blows in the middle of summer! The location of the homestay is next to the net red Shijianhai. The landscape and location are in the core area. The homestay is also very well maintained, a bit like Wuzhen's hotel-style management, but more temperature. There is a free drink of Sprite Coke Fanda at the bar on the first floor. Although it is a small thing, it is quite pleasant and happy to take a can of iced Coke from the refrigerator to relieve the heat every time you go out! Another thing that is very friendly to us is that both beds are 1.5 meters big beds, the room is very big, bright and tidy! Five-star praise!

You can watch the sunset while sitting on the sofa. You can watch the sunrise about 8 kilometers away from Huazhu. I gave you my companion before leaving. Souvenir, nice experience

The smart appliances throughout the house were very convenient. The host family was very hospitable and always available to communicate and resolve any issues. I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.

Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style.

The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. CChin SengIt is definitely THE place to stay if you are visiting Xiapu especially if you are travelling with a BIG group. The owners are extremely caring and pleasant. Our guest room on L5 is large, gorgeous and super clean! The first 民宿 that offers us a 55” television! Laundry machine and dryer are available on L6 with a huge veranda to air dry your clothes. The two electronic MJ tables were so inviting unfortunately we do not have enough players. Daily breakfast is provided, simple and enough to kickstart your day
