"The environment of the homestay is good and the decoration is very warm. The big bathtub by the window gave the children a bath, which was very comfortable. There is also a special children's activity area where the children have a lot of fun. I got up early and rushed to Huazhu, where I saw a beautiful sunrise! There are many types of breakfast and the taste is good. When we left, the B&B gave us some souvenirs, including a variety of delicious snacks. Disadvantages: The hot water in the homestay is not very hot. The bath water temperature is always warm. The weather is cold and I didn't take a hot bath. It doesn't match the price of the room. The Yugongting Beach and Xiaohao Tidal Flats near the B&B are very average, relatively small, and the sand is not very good. They cannot be compared with Gaoluo Beach and Dajing Beach in the south of Xiapu."

"It's been a while since I last stayed at Atour, and true to form, all the room facilities are well-designed and convenient, making for a very comfortable stay. I specifically chose a location near Taikang Road because there are so many food options around. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, with delicious food just a short walk away. The front desk service was excellent. The only minor issue was with the made-to-order breakfast station. I asked for a soft-boiled fried egg, but they directed me to the already cooked ones on the buffet. I clarified that I wanted a runny yolk, but they still refused. Since I had to catch a train, I didn't push it further. However, this request isn't unreasonable for a hotel and really lowered my overall experience."

"This stay at the Atour Hotel in Xiapu Binhai New City on Chian Avenue was great. The entire room smelled very clean, and there was no damp or musty odor in the bathroom, so the ventilation was good. I could barely hear any noise from the road outside or footsteps in the hallway. Additionally, the room was cleaned meticulously. The bedding felt comfortable, the hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was sufficient. "First of all, I must thank our housekeeper, Ms. Xiaoli, for saving my life! I accidentally choked on a fishbone while eating breakfast, and Ms. Xiaoli incredibly quickly and surgically removed it with tweezers. Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏🙏 Now, let's talk about the rooms. We stayed for two nights. The first night we stayed at Shuiyuan Huaxin, and the second night we were upgraded to Chunmei. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable, with sophisticated and stylish decor. Chunmei is much, much larger, with a loft layout, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a large bathtub, and a projector. You can see the sunset beautifully from inside, making it perfect for lounging all day. However, Shuiyuan Courtyard is probably one of the best outdoor viewing spots, with a private pool, tea room, and a balcony with a fireplace and a long table. The housekeepers were fantastic, a group of cheerful young people who were incredibly helpful and responsive to almost every request. They helped with everything from carrying our luggage and arranging check-in in advance to providing baseboard heaters when the weather got colder, delivering sweet soup every night, and even bringing laundry and a dryer for us. They also brought our drinks and food from the Chinese and Western restaurants to our room – very thoughtful. The food at the restaurants was delicious! After comparing several options, we preferred this place. This New Year's Eve was primarily a vacation, so we wanted to choose a place that was comfortable and relaxing in every way. Shijianhai met almost all our needs. For a lively, large group, Shuiyuan is a good choice; for a smaller, more relaxing group, Chunmei is recommended."

"The room location is excellent. It's in the commercial heart of Dongbi Village (right next to the village committee), with seafood stalls just across the street, making dining super convenient. Plus, it's a first-row beachfront property, offering the best views of the sea and sunset. The guesthouse itself is a bit old but reasonably well-maintained. The best part is the room with double floor-to-ceiling windows – absolutely stunning for photos! It would be even more perfect if it wasn't a tatami bed, though. See pictures below!"

Stunning scenery without leaving the hotel: Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea in the restaurant, a terrace to watch the sunset, an open-air coffee bar facing the ocean, a relaxing tea room with a musical atmosphere, and blue-toned window frames at night. 3. Walking distance to some attractions: Yugongting Beach, the light and shadow boardwalk. 4. The most commendable aspect is all the service staff! There's a dedicated concierge group; everyone is very friendly and makes you feel warm and welcome. They helped recommend attractions, took photos for us, patiently addressed our small needs, and the room was impeccably clean. Therefore, we extended our stay.

A Pleasant Stay **Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. The room is good, it is a sea view room, you can see the sea, the hotel is above the observation deck, the location is excellent, on the roadside, the facilities are complete, clean and the service is very good! In the evening, I walked to the foot of the mountain and suddenly rained heavily. I was depressed and didn't know how long it would take for the rain to stop. I told the boss that we were trapped by the rain. The boss immediately asked us to stay in place and waited for him to drive us back to the hotel. Location is perfect, the free use of the e-bike enabled me to venture out and discover the wonders of the area. Sunrise welcomed me, I was totally delighted by the beautiful scenery of the wider area. There is a small shore near by and they provide beach clam hunting tools, also great activity for travelling families. The family room I stayed in is very spacious with a view overlooking the veggie gardens and the Bay. Clean, crisp and comfy. The host is the bees knees! she is extra attentive and ensures your stay is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious(seafood noodles), and the food available to order at a nearby seafood restaurant is great! I was craving fruit and chocolate the evening I arrived, next minute a fruit/food truck showed up at the hotel. Everything is basically at your doorstep. It was a magical holistic experience. Come and open your mind to the infinite possibilities✨I recommend to stay atleast 3-4 days to enjoy the surrounding areas aswell, mauri ora!

This is a newly opened homestay in September this year. It is very distinctive and full of details. It is designed with care. The configuration is high standards. It is very ins style. The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. They were very satisfied. They also sent a souvenir before leaving. Thank you again!

We traveled on this holiday, and the room by the sea was really beautiful. Although it was a rainy day and we didn't see the sunset, we still saw a different kind of beauty. This homestay is very clean and the service is good. Especially the girls who check in the residents will ask about their requirements and feelings in a timely manner. The breakfast is a little bit monotonous. The overall feeling is still pretty good, and I personally prefer services that are good. Thank you to the girl at the front desk, I forgot to ask her name.

My friends and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and well equipped with a big window, though the view wasn’t scenic like the pictures appear. The shower was great with lots of hooks, and a little laundry basket beside. Only issue is the toilet is electric and a little loud when used at night. The beds were incredibly comfy! The hostess was friendly and sent us recommended routes and restaurants, plus sent me a video showing me where to find the car charging station. Breakfast was simple eggs, soup, youtiao, siu mai, and corn milk. The downstairs dining are is lovely and cosy and we spent a few evenings relaxing downstairs. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Dongbi Village for an amazing dinner with a view, but close to the toll booth leading to the main roads if you want to head south or north to Taimu Shan or the peninsula beaches.

I decided to travel here on the spur of the moment, and I have to say that I was quite pleasantly surprised by this B&B. The people at the front desk were very welcoming when I entered. They would help me check in very considerately. I was also surprised that there was an elevator in the B&B. This made it very convenient for us to pick up our luggage. We didn’t have to worry about carrying too much luggage. The housekeeper will help us take our luggage back to the room very considerately. I mean it is a walk-and-go trip, so I don’t have much guide. The housekeeper of this B&B will introduce to me what I can do nearby. This is a place that I really need if I am lazy. The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea.
