MM15455****The room was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. It even had a professional oxygen concentrator, and I was pleasantly surprised to find high-quality Le Labo toiletries. The room faced Siguniang Mountain, and honestly, I felt like I could just stay in and enjoy the view. What truly deserves a special mention is how wonderful everyone at the guesthouse was. The Matsutake hotpot they prepared was delicious (seriously, you *have* to try their homemade chili sauce!). The staff member was very kind; knowing we were suffering from altitude sickness, he offered us ibuprofen and glucose. Plus, when he found out we had previously stayed at another guesthouse, he proactively offered to pick up our luggage first so we could go straight to the attractions, which saved us a huge amount of time! I hope this place continues to thrive and do well!

__WeChat447036****This hotel is incredibly stylish. It feels super high-end, with Marshall speakers throughout and L'Occitane toiletries in every room. The rooms even come with oxygen concentrators, and the owner upgraded us to a bathtub room, which offered truly breathtaking and healing views – we even saw the 'sunlit golden mountains' (rijin jinshan) in the morning. From the moment we arrived, we experienced truly VIP service. The owner personally drove us everywhere, probably five or six round trips in a single day. In the afternoon, when we went out to take photos, the staff brought us a fruit platter and kept us supplied with drinks, including Rhodiola rosea tea and ginger ale. The owner even tried to get some sparklers for our photos, but they burned out in a second – a funny little incident. What touched us most was that it was the winter solstice on the day we checked in. Since we weren't going down the mountain that evening, the staff brought us dumplings. They were so delicious that I had two plates! When I offered to pay, they said it was complimentary, which made me feel a little embarrassed. Furthermore, when we left, the owner drove us to Shuangqiao Valley without any extra charge, even though it's typically 30 RMB per person, the same as outside services. They even helped us transfer our luggage to our second guesthouse. The owner is incredibly kind, it almost brought tears to my eyes. Overall, this hotel is absolutely amazing! Within a year, I've traveled to several countries in Asia and Europe, and even stayed in high-end chain hotels, but not a single one had service and facilities that could compare to Xing Shan Yue Ying. I truly didn't want to leave and it left me with the most wonderful memories. I wish the owner a prosperous business and hope to visit again!

TTeng168The hotel is very new. The rooms have floor heating, an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and even warm air in the bathroom – so thoughtful! The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept great at night. The staff were very friendly and could help arrange transportation to Shuangqiao Valley and Chengdu. Breakfast was provided daily; although the dishes didn't change much, they were delicious, and the coffee was good. A fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

NNM.KALocated about a 10 mins walk from the Changpinggou entrance. If your bus drops you off in front of the entrance, do not take the hills on the left. Just go straight for about 500 meters, and you will arrive. As a Muslim traveller, the nearest halal restaurant is a bit far, about a 30 mins walk. However, the hotel serves breakfast starting from ¥20 and you can request to suit your dietary needs. To reach Shuangqiaogou, you will need to take a yellow minibus, which costs ¥15 one way. Make sure to carry some extra cash in case the driver’s WeChat Pay does not accept foreign card transactions, just like mine did. The room was the best I’ve ever had during my stay in Sichuan, very comfortable with heated floors. The atmosphere and surroundings were breezy and peaceful. I honestly have no complaints at all! I totally loved this hotel! The owner went the extra mile by picking me up from the Changpinggou entrance when I lost my way. Hats off! Also, special thanks to the two girls who helped me catch my bus back to Chengdu on my last day. All the staff were super friendly and I felt very welcomed and at home. It truly feels like home here. Highly recommended for all solo female travellers. If I ever return to this area, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the location is superb, especially for my room type, as the balcony offered direct, stunning views of Mount Siguniang. However, be aware that the access road has a narrow stretch where local drivers tend to speed; we even had a close call. Parking at the guesthouse entrance can also be challenging for new drivers due to a steep slope. The room itself is on the smaller side but perfectly adequate for two people. It's worth noting that the in-room oxygen machine is a paid service, activated by scanning a QR code, and reportedly costs 68 yuan per hour. One minor point: the glass partition between the room and the balcony was a bit dirty. A good clean would greatly improve the view for photos. On a positive note, the guesthouse owner is incredibly kind and helpful! I accidentally left an item behind, and they went out of their way to find it and ship it to me via SF Express. Plus, the guesthouse dog is absolutely adorable and playful!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and parking was easy right outside. It's only an 8-minute drive from the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area. The staff were from Chengdu and were very friendly. They kept everything spotless, much better than your average B&B. We ordered a lot of soup pot the night before, and the staff saved it for us the next day. I highly recommend this B&B.

GGuest UserOur stay in this hotel was amazing! The room is comfortable and clean. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel which can be a bit hard with a large backpack but it's fine. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!

AAnonymous UserI came for a competition, and the hotel's proximity to the main venue was very convenient. I booked a 270-degree view room; although it's surrounded by buildings, the distant mountain view is quite nice. The hotel was under renovation during the day, and being street-side, some noise was unavoidable, but that's to be expected for the convenience. The staff were all super helpful and accommodating! They even helped carry my luggage upstairs after check-in on the first day. However, there's no elevator, and climbing stairs at high altitude for the first time really left me breathless 😭. It happened to snow during my stay, and while the air conditioning and underfloor heating at night were quite effective, I still felt a draft coming in. I hope the hotel considers improving this. Overall, I'm still very satisfied!

HHanzern CityI love this place. I stayed here for my Sigunianshan Trip. I travelled from Dujiangyan. When I would like to go back to Chengdu, the staff supported me and found a Van to pick me up at the hotel. I think this place is only one where you can have milk tea. I love here.

GGuest UserThe accommodation was very good, clean. The room was a corner room with glass all around. The ceiling had a sunroof that allowed you to see the stars. There was a projector and all the amenities were complete. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel owner was very hospitable. It was near the entrance to Changpinggou. If you want to go to Shuangqiaogou, have the staff call you a taxi. It was near a food source. I recommend staying here.
