"The biggest surprise of my trip to the Western Sichuan loop was staying at Fanlatu! I just have to give it a huge thumbs up! First off, the room's cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. The moment I walked in, it felt so clean and fresh, which really put my mind at ease. The room conditions were also superb, and most importantly, it had floor heating! In high-altitude areas like Western Sichuan, coming back to a warm room at night was pure bliss, and I didn't have to worry about the cold at all. And the service, oh my goodness, it was beyond amazing – I have to give a special shout-out! Since we were new to high altitudes, the hotel thoughtfully prepared oxygen and glucose for us, which instantly relieved our discomfort. It was incredibly considerate! They also offered complimentary fragrant coffee, which was both heartwarming and stomach-warming. ❤️ I especially want to thank the young man at the front desk; his service attitude was super nice! He was not only warm and attentive but also proactively upgraded our room for free. This surprise made our entire trip even better! In short, this stay was a perfect 10! I highly recommend Fanlatu to all friends visiting the Western Sichuan loop – it's definitely a wise choice for your journey! I will definitely be back!"

"I highly recommend this hotel! The room facilities are very new, and the mattress is just the right firmness, making for a super comfortable sleep that completely erased my travel fatigue. Both the air conditioning's heating and cooling worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was better than expected, so it was incredibly quiet at night. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tastes great. The parking lot is large, making parking convenient and secure. "Our trip was absolutely perfect, even though the 4-hour journey from Chengdu turned into 11 hours. But the moment we arrived at the hotel and stepped out of the car, we were simply amazed – you could see the snow-capped peaks right from our window! The hotel's decor was so cozy, and the amenities were excellent. Both the rice noodles and the hot pot were incredibly fragrant. It snowed all night, and the next day the mountains were covered in beautiful rime ice. Coming down from the peak, we experienced two seasons, from winter to spring. Getting to the attractions from the hotel was also super convenient. To find such a warm and comfortable hotel in such a remote area really added to the whole trip. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic too. We'll definitely be back!"

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and they even had a humidifier, floor heating, and an oxygen generator. The best part was that all the bedding, towels, and bathrobes were brand new and spotless! The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was super nice and thoughtful. Since we were with friends, she specifically arranged for our rooms to be close together. We slept soundly until morning. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was also good. We happened to be there during a heavy snowfall, which was beautiful, and the views were stunning. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient; they really paid attention to the details. The location is convenient, and the surrounding area is quiet. "Facilities: The new room's facilities are incredibly comprehensive. From the snack counter to the drinks in the fridge, everything is fully stocked, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Hygiene: Upon entering, it felt incredibly spacious. The 270-degree panoramic view, even from the second floor, was unobstructed. The snowy mountains right in front of you were absolutely stunning. Environment: The front desk on the first floor has plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The breakfasts and dinners prepared by the uncle were exceptionally delicious. We ordered the local specialty hotpot in the evening; the portion was huge and incredibly tasty. Service: The front desk staff (missy) was exceptionally kind and the service was absolutely faultless. I bothered her frequently, and she handled every request perfectly. It was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was incredibly helpful, even before our arrival, the staff kept in touch with us and reminded us of important things to take note of. They also helped arrange a birthday cake for our friend, which we really appreciated. The room looked exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable. They even provided an oxygen machine just in case, as well as a floor heater to keep us warm. As Malaysians visiting a high-altitude and very cold area for the first time, we truly felt well taken care of. The hotel dinner was delicious, and overall the whole place felt very homey and welcoming. Both the staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. From the hotel, we could enjoy stunning views of Siguniang Mountain and the beautiful surrounding scenery. Definitely worth staying here!"

"I originally booked a queen room, but the owner upgraded us to a twin room so we could see the street view, which was really nice of them! As someone with social anxiety, it was a huge relief. The owner felt like a friendly and genuine local. There's no elevator, but the owner helped us with our luggage, they were truly amazing. Even though it's a guesthouse, it felt more like a hotel in terms of standards; it was very clean and much better than I expected. Most importantly, the room was toasty warm, it had that sunny scent, and felt very safe. There's a restaurant downstairs, and breakfast is free. I especially recommend their yak meat hotpot, it's incredibly fresh and the soup is genuinely delicious. My friend and I couldn't even finish it all, the portions are very generous. Eating that in winter was so warming, it was a truly great experience. I was really touched by how kind the owner was 😭"

A massive floor-to-ceiling window seamlessly brings the snow mountain scenery indoors. I was lucky enough to experience a snowfall during my stay; watching the snowflakes dance outside while sitting in the warm room with a hot cup of tea is an experience that photos can't even begin to capture. It was truly ”lying in bed and watching the snow mountains.” The owner is also a great photographer and provided many small props, making for fantastic snow scene photos. **Premium Amenities, Details That Make a Difference** This guesthouse clearly invested its budget in the guest experience, and the attention to detail was truly touching: The room is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, which provides a great sense of security for those new to high altitudes, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mattress is electronically adjustable in sections, perfectly conforming to your body's curves. Whether you're using your phone before bed, reading, or simply relaxing, you can find the most comfortable angle. The bedding is soft, skin-friendly, and of superior quality. The bathroom not only has a wet/dry separation but also features a hot air drying device, so you can completely dry yourself without needing a towel. What surprised me most was that the electric kettle uses high-grade disposable water bags, completely eliminating concerns about scale and hygiene from previous users – a thoughtful touch for those with洁癖 (germaphobia). **Homely Delights, Warming Both Body and Soul** Granny at the guesthouse is an amazing cook! For travelers who prioritize accommodation quality, appreciate attention to detail, and want an immersive experience of the snow mountain scenery, this is an excellent choice at the foot of Mount Siguniang. They offer assistance to carry bag and recommend hotel detail with completely understand. The hotpot in the restaurant in the hotel is very good. The taste so good and the pancake is so nice as well when we eat along with yogurt. In the next day, they called taxi for us to go Bipenggou. Then we forgot the pancake on the taxi, the hotel staff has good assistance to call taxi to send us without cost.

NNeladaI chose this hotel because it offers family-friendly rooms with two large beds, which was perfect for our stay. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, providing excellent route and itinerary suggestions. There are some fantastic ******* restaurants and coffee shops nearby. What makes it truly perfect is being able to see the Four Sisters Mountains (Siguniangshan) in the morning!

WWeilan～haianThe B&B is right by the road, easy to find, and quiet at night. Since it's the off-season, there weren't many people, so it was very peaceful. The temperature difference between morning and evening was quite significant, but the floor heating was on all day, making it very warm. The only downside was that the bathroom lighting was too dim, which isn't very convenient for women trying to do their makeup or skincare. Also, the toilet isn't smart and doesn't have a heating function, so it felt a bit cold. On a positive note, the tea room on the ground floor of the hotel is really nicely decorated and quite stylish.

[smiley face] The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. There's no elevator, but they'll help you with your luggage. The hygiene is spot on, and the facilities are comprehensive, including very effective underfloor heating, a smart toilet, and a great humidifier. It's excellent value for money, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning mountain views. Totally worth it! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserGreat environment and excellent service. There's an elevator, and it's fantastic value for money. The owner is a very talkative young man, knowledgeable about the western region, and passionate about the outdoors and life. Guests checking in received discount vouchers for the famous Ice Axe Cafe in Siguniang Mountain. The owner even mentioned that hotel guests get a discount on coffee too.

HHanzern CityI love this place. I stayed here for my Sigunianshan Trip. I travelled from Dujiangyan. When I would like to go back to Chengdu, the staff supported me and found a Van to pick me up at the hotel. I think this place is only one where you can have milk tea. I love here.
